NEXT UP IS REST. Once you've worked out and then eaten a good meal,
it's time to let your body do what it does best. Make sure you get
enough sleep and allow your body to repair itself fully before you go
and hit it hard at the gym again.

Now, I'm sure those above three aren't breaking news to you. IF

So why don't you have the body you want to have?

Well, after helping out thousands of guys over the past year or two,
I've learnt that there's another factor in this game. Something else
that doesn't really seem important, but is vital when you're looking
to finish this journey.

realised that most of your gains come from training, eating and
resting. So if you haven't quite made it to where you want to, it's
