It's Kind Of Crazy...
The story of how this amazing program came to be.
In 1999 I spent 6 months in war torn Bosnia on a tour of duty. Because of the fact that I had
been previously awarded the most physically fit recruit on two separate occasions, I was asked
by the platoon leader of Anti-Armour platoon to implement a fat loss workout program that would cause rapid fat
loss and an increase in performance in the overweight soldiers... as well as develop muscle for the
underweight soldiers. I did, it worked...
Fast
forward to 2001...I came straight out of the military to make a
living at something different. A Personal Trainer. I had the perfect system
to help people get in awesome shape and do it fast. A system so perfect
that no one that went on it would fail.
I created
The Total body Transformation from that system and my company's personal training clients
started seeing great results. I had a lot of time and willing "testers"
to make sure it was perfect. With their help I tweaked it even farther.
The Results Were Stunning..
After two more years, I had my hands full trying to handle the amount
of people on a one-on-one basis that were coming through the door.
Hiring more trainers didn't do the trick. More
people still kept coming and I started getting emails...
I had all the answers to all the problems that those
people faced! I saw the different approaches needed for different personalities
and body types and I started to put it all together.
This is the end result... a simple three step program
that anyone can do starting
at any level and achieve rapid fat loss or develop the right amount
of muscle in the right places. A complete step-by-step, starting from

session personal training fee the one-on-one clients were paying.
While on Operation PALLADIUM (Bosnia), the Battalion was tasked to complete
a challenging physical fitness test. Private Burton planned and led
his section in a physical training program to ensure their success.
