I hope you don't mind by me asking you a few personal questions. Do
you belong to a fitness center with resources like fitness and
nutrition trainers? Or do your see a personal trainer on a regular
basis? I love working out with my personal trainer but I find that
when she's not around I tend to forget just about everything she
showed me. Have you ever found yourself in any of these situations:
You are traveling and you don't have access to the same fitness
resources as at home. The hotel has a dingy gym, with dubious
characters lurking about.
You have to cancel your gym appointment because you are overworked
or something comes up at the last minute and then miss out on your
workout.
You just can't seem to remember just how to move your arms in that
exercise your trainer showed you yesterday.
