Re: Maximizing The Potential of Somone You Care For With Autism
Dear Parent or Caregiver
Hello, my name is Rachel Evans, and in the next few moments I am going to explain to you how you can expand your knowledge of autism and learn methods that can increase the potential of someone with autism.
You will discover simple ways to spot the sometimes confusing signs and symptoms of Autism.
Plus, information on current treatment options to help you make the right decision for your loved one.
So why am I sharing this information...?
Well, it is because I know what it is like to be worried, confused and unsure about what to do for the best.
So let me share with you how you can dispel those concerns for good...
But before that, let's look at the challange you are are facing.
Did You Know That...
1 in every 150 babies born has Autism ( and in some reports it is even greater then that) Families with one autistic child have a 2 to 8 percent chance of having another autistic child. Boys are three to four times more likely to be diagnosed with Autism. Mental retardation is present in 75-80% of individuals with autism. Autism occurs more often than childhood cancer or cystic fibrosis. Autism is the fastest growing developmental disability. In the U.S. alone, autism increased by 172% during the 1990s. When autism is detected and treated early, costs associated with the disorder can be reduced by 66%.
Sadly, I'm embarrassed to say that all I knew about autism when I first heard of it was from watching the character played by Dustin Hoffman in the film "Rainman"...
And so, when my life was touched by autism we did not know where to turn or who to believe...
And those who were supposed to help me did little to tell me about the options available...
Aand when I asked them about special classes and treatment options - well let's just say they were not very helpful.
So, I searched high and low for good books on Autism, but struggled to find anything useful.
The few that I did find were either poorly written, written for doctors or medical practitioners, contained out-of-date information or only part of the information that I needed.
I'm sure you have found the same...
So, the only option available was to find the answers myself...
And so, I spent many hours, days, weeks and months researching proven techniques to diagnose and manage Autism.
This helpful information has been gathered together into a comprehensive, but easy to understand book for anyone looking for answers...
This is the ebook I wish I could have had five years ago.
This is the ebook that will calm your fears, put your mind at ease and help you develop a workable plan for your and your loved one's future.
