excitement or dread. A relationship does not allow you to remain as
two independent people. To a certain extent, it means living in the
same house, sharing the same bed and spending a lot of time together,
but still having your own identity.

A relationship means being ready to share your whole life with
another person. A relationship does not mean spending every minute
together; however, it does mean always considering each other when
making plans and decisions. A relationship is about sharing.

should set you free to be the person you want to be, and not giving up

No one is perfect. We all have different personality traits some of
them good and some not so good. The idea is to see beyond these traits
that we don't necessarily like. Conflicting ideas and negative
feelings are an inevitable part of any relationship. Some people fight
all the time, and gradually their love dies. Others suppress honest
feelings in order to avoid conflict and arguments.

When you suppress your true feelings, you lose touch with your
loving feelings. None of these approaches work. If your partner hurts
you, you need to bring it out into the open, if you let it go you
loose your pride by saying nothing and inadvertently forgiving the
person. This requires good communication skills, which we will go into
