Early in the morning on that warm Georgia summer day in 2001, I
decided that I would stop letting money control my life. I would only
focus on creating the lifestyle that I desired and deserved by
spending my precious time focusing on what I am passionate about.

Just a few nights later I was sitting in a real estate seminar.
Something clicked and I charged out of the room on fire and ready to
build a TRUMP-SIZED REAL ESTATE BUSINESS.
Just 2 years later in 2003, I was able to bless my family by moving
them out of our small cramped house (almost any house with teenagers
can get small and cramped) in the hustle and bustle of metro Atlanta
to a Robb Report BEST OF THE BEST GOLF AND LAKE RESORT COMMUNITY
almost 2 hours east of Atlanta. I now live a quiet relaxed lifestyle
with my wife and children in my 6000 square foot home complete with
boat, wave runner, lake, resort amenities and 99 holes of golf. I also
spend a considerable amount of time at my 9th floor waterfront condos
in the Florida panhandle.
Life is good!
I am now known as _"AMERICA\'S #1 REAL ESTATE BUSINESS COACH,"_ but
I didn’t start that way.
In 2001 after I went running out of my first seminar, I started
investing in single family homes with no money and no credit and IN
LESS THAN 36 MONTHS I built a real estate business FROM ZERO TO A
VALUE OF $12.7 MILLION DOLLARS. I was able to buy, sell and hold over
110 single family homes during that short time frame.
And my business keeps growing and growing.
Now I have the freedom to teach others how to do what I have done.
And it's time for me to share the simple formula that I used to
create freedom in every area of my life.
Before I started my real estate investing career, I was a systems
engineer. I understand processes and systems.
I am a keen observer of the way that these systems are put together
and I am now considered an expert at creating processes and businesses
that can run on their own. And I always look to identify and discover
secret formulas that others have either overlooked OR they are just
too busy and overwhelmed to put the pieces together.
Over the last 12 months I began to really go back and study HOW I
was able to achieve millionaire status so quickly. And I also started
studying why some of my coaching students were able to duplicate my

I have coached and MENTORED OVER 2440 STUDENTS. I wasn’t telling
half of my students the secret to success and then letting the other
half just wallow around without giving them valuable information and
coaching.

I began to see certain characteristics and traits in the students
that succeeded. And, I am not talking about the type of traits people
are born with. I mean I discovered a real world formula that works
100% of the time.

It worked for Donald Trump.
And, it worked for me.
