within our normal remit.
One such project was to help an organisation write a staff manual. They realised that
this whole area can be frought with problems and needed a document that would
give both staff and management clear guidelines to ensure the smooth and efficient
running of the organisation.
With more and more ex employees taking their former employers to court for false dismissal
etc. , they wanted a document that spelt out roles and responsibilities, defined a grievance and
disciplinary procedure and showed how change could be managed.
