combining resistance exercise (much of it bodyweight resistance) with
scientifically engineered aerobic and anaerobic intervals.

STRUCTURE OF THE EXERCISE AND BREAK PERIODS. The prescribed times must
be followed precisely.
I began creating and testing workouts on my personal clients and
found a formula that works.

need to make any adjustments. You just print it out (or load the audio
version onto your MP3 player) and commence the sweating.
