FitDaily Fitness Fast Fifteen

Intense 15-Minute Workouts for Busy People
So you don’t have time for exercise? Can you make 15 minutes each day? Just fifteen minutes of exercise per day could add years to your life. This is no joke.
Would you prefer to deal with heart disease and a whole host of increased health risks, or could you find a way to carve out 15 minutes for your longevity and happiness?

Can you set aside 1 hour per week to live a richer, healthier life?
You might be wondering...
Where did this whole 15 minute thing come from?
It goes back to a conversation I had with my friend and the co-author of our upcoming fitness book Three Weeks to Thrive, Dr. Arjun Chanmugam. We we're talking about ways to help the most people get healthy.

I firmly believe that coaching is the solution for most people who can't get themselves on track because the issue is not a physical issue or a medical issue, it's a mental one.

There's certainly no lack of decent fitness information out there. It may not be optimal, but let's face it anything that doesn't cause injury or illness is better than continuing a sedentary lifestyle

The problem with much of what's out there is it's out of date and not based on scientific methods. Worst of all, most of the information is extremely poorly organized.

That's one of the reasons I created FitDaily to begin with. To give people structured workouts on a daily basis so a person can just workout and not have to put the effort into designing their own program.

The best information out there is targeted to very specific groups, such as bodybuilders or elite-level athletes such as MMA fighters. I have a feeling if you're on this page you're not interested in that sort of fitness right now.

Anyway, the topic was how to really make a difference in the health of our society. The answer was simple: take out the number one excuse for poor health -- a perceived lack of time.

So I racked my brain and worked on creating a program that could create real results in the shortest possible time.

Why the shortest possible time? Because I want you to be motivated. You can endure anything for a measly 15 minutes right?

While it may seem like enduring it for the first week or so, if you continue with the program by the end you'll be looking forward to that 15 minutes.

In fact, I think you'll quickly decide that you're ready to dedicate even more time to exercise.

The goal here isn't to give you rock-hard abs or 28" biceps. It's to get you on track with a simple, effective program that will help you achieve real results in exactly 15 minutes per session.

So to make a long story short, I found a way to create workouts combining resistance exercise (much of it bodyweight resistance) with scientifically engineered aerobic and anaerobic intervals.

The secret to the effectiveness of these workouts is in the structure of the exercise and break periods. The prescribed times must be followed precisely.

I began creating and testing workouts on my personal clients and found a formula that works.

The workouts are fully designed so they're easy to follow. You won't need to make any adjustments. You just print it out (or load the audio version onto your MP3 player) and commence the sweating.

We both know that if health were truly a priority you could make an hour each day, but it’s not. That’s fine, but I can guarantee that once you truly immerse yourself in a healthier lifestyle you won’t want to go back.
You’ll be able to better deal with stress and fight off depression. You’ll sleep better, feel better, and get sick less often. You'll be more energetic and ready to jump out of bed each morning. And if you keep it up, you will live longer, stronger, and happier.

But only if you can transform your life and sustain healthy exercise and nutrition habits.

So is it worthwhile? You tell me. Do you want the body of your dreams or do you prefer the pot belly and cellulite thighs?

The body you've been day dreaming about in the mirror is closer than ever! Don't give up your dream.

The FitDaily Fast Fifteen is your introduction to intense training. No boring treadmills or stationary bikes, only dynamic workouts that will challenge you for every second of your workout time.

Fifteen minutes is not a magic number as far as fitness goes, but it may be a magic number as far as motivation goes.

If you can’t find fifteen minutes in your day to make sure you live long enough and strong enough to play with your grandchildren and even great grandchildren, then it’s time to take a serious look at your priorities.

Whatever you think is so important cannot possibly compare to your health. Without your health, you cannot accomplish anything else. Plain and simple. When you're stuck in a hospital bed after your first heart attack talk to me about how important it is to finish that report at work.

Do I have your attention yet? I hope so. The FitDaily Fast Fifteen is a NO EXCUSES method to get in shape.

But, I must warn you, it’s not for everyone. If you are very obese, elderly, or have limiting physical conditions such as osteoporosis then this program is not for you. Because our workouts are packed into a very short time period, they are extremely intense. Therefore, this program is only for those in good health. If you have any medical conditions that might limit your participation in any exercise program, or you have questions about the safety of participating in a program such as this one, contact your doctor.

So what’s your excuse?

You can make fifteen minutes to add years onto your life and to be happier and healthier throughout those years. You can afford to buy this program because all 15 sessions costs less than a single personal training session.  You know it’s time to take action and begin seeing real results. You don’t need a gym or fancy equipment to do this program.
You don’t need any expensive workout gadgets or dangerous diet pills to dramatically improve your health. You’ll need either one set of adjustable dumbbells or a few sizes of stretch bands for resistance, a stability ball, a jump rope, and a little bit of open space to move around. That’s all you need.

So push the coffee table into the corner and let’s get you moving.

About half of the workouts use no equipment at all, so you can get started right away.

After three months of the FitDaily Fitness Fast Fifteen, I think you'll be seeing results, feeling better, and ready to carve out more time for exercise because you'll be enjoying not just your fitness accomplishments, but also the exercise process itself."
