MY MEMBERS - WHAT A SHOCKER

DON'T GET ME WRONG...I loved my members. But I'm just being
realistic. These guys weren't bodybuilders or even weight lifters.
MOST CONSIDERED DOING PEC DECK A HEAVY SESSION FOR CHEST TRAINING! You
see, all my members were latt sipping, upper class metro-sexual
looking guys.

The gym was just another place where they hung out socially...not a
place for breaking some real sweat and getting some work done. Not
only did they hardly do any hard training, these guys barley ate
enough protein to sustain muscle growth. Enough about explaining how
pansy my members were. LET'S GET BACK TO THE MAJOR PROBLEM I WAS
FACING.

MY HANDS WERE TIED

In total 26 gyms in my region were in the competition. I also could
not get out of this competition as I agreed to partake in at least one
competition per year, as part of the reseller agreement I had with
this major supplement company. Without agreeing to that clause, I
would not have been able to stock their brand at all.

But we hardly sold much supplements anyway...however at the time I
thought taking this particular brand on board could help boost our
overall sales. I WAS WRONG! It just gave us more grief. But Michael,
the head of that supplement company knew how crappy my gym would be at
this competition...SO WHY WERE WE SELECTED?

MELISSA!

THAT'S IT! Melissa was the local agent representing the brand in our
area. She was the person who called in every fortnight to see how her
brand was selling and we placed all our orders through her.

THE STEAMY ENCOUNTER...

The previous Tuesday I had an 'encounter' with Melissa, which got me
into this mess. I had just finished enjoying my lunch when Melissa
worked into my office. AS USUAL, SHE WAS STUNNING AS HELL. Her
naturally blonde hair reached halfway to her back and she always had
her head slightly tilted to the right.

Her gorgeous smile is something I'd ask to see as my 'last wish'
before dying. She had white top on and black miniskirt with boots up
to her knees. Her legs seemed longer than river Nile and HER BUTT
LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING THE ALMIGHTY HAD PERSONALLY CRAFTED to tease
mankind on earth!

Anyway, usually she would come in and sit at the chair across from
my table...I'd give her the list of all the supplements I wanted for
next fortnight and then she'd leave.

BUT THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT, A LOT DIFFERENT...

Melissa walked in and set on my table, right in front of me. HER
MINISKIRT SLIPPED UP HER THIGHS...it moved up so far that I was
embarrassed to look in her direction. She placed her right hand on my
shoulder, leaned towards me and spoke.

mine...they were only a few inches away from mine. I COULD ACTUALLY
FEEL THE SWEETNESS OF HER BREATH ON MY LEFT CHEEK. She then whispered
slowly.

Was I being propositioned in return for increasing my sales order? I
was a happily married man and quite busy just running my gym. But then
again this wasn't any ordinary woman. THIS WAS MELISSA!

I just couldn't see how any warm-blooded man could refuse her. Plus,
spending an extra $2,300 a month wasn't going to break my bank.

MY HEART STARTED POUNDING AT A MILLION BEATS A MINUTE. I couldn't
think straight at all! Just then Alex (my assistant) walked in. I

This is how I ended up being forced into this 3-month physique
transformation competition. Melissa knew my gym would come in last and
it would humiliate me and perhaps even damage my gym's reputation.
THIS WAS HER CLEVER REVENGE ON ME FOR REJECTING THE DEAL.

I bet this was the first time in her life anyone ever said 'no' to
her. My conscious was split in two. The sensible part felt good about
the whole thing...however the testosterone part felt like KICKING MY
SENSIBLE PART'S ASS!

ANYWAY, I put the word out on the competition and before I knew it I
had the seven volunteers I was seeking. At least these weaklings were
enthusiastic, I thought to myself. The heaviest guy in the bunch
weighed only 175 POUNDS and still had way too much body fat for my
liking.

This wasn't primarily a weight loss competition but a physique
transformation competition. Basically the competitors where judged
based on their muscle development progress over a 3-month period. So I
had the challenge of reducing body fat while adding muscle mass on
SEVEN GENETICALLY CHALLENGED FRAMES - as quickly as possible!

THINGS JUST GOT WORSE...

Being an old-school bodybuilder myself, I knew for a fact how hard
it was to gain muscle mass if you had bad genetics, a fast metabolism
and didn't eat correctly. UNFORTUNATELY ALL SEVEN OF MY COMPETITORS
HAD BAD GENETICS AND DIDN'T CARE TO EAT CORRECTLY. Three out of the
seven actually had fast metabolism but still had an above average
amount of body fat due to incorrect eating habits.

I WAS FACING A FREAKING NIGHTMARE!

From the conversations I had with these guys, I knew their lifestyle
would make it ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT 5-6 HEALTHY MEALS A DAY. The
most number of days they could train was three times a week for an
hour max per session. They also hated doing cardio. IT MADE ME WONDER
WHY THE HECK THESE GUYS CAME TO THE GYM IN THE FIRST PLACE?

These were impossible odds...and I wanted out! But I couldn't get
out...so I had to think, think really hard.

BINGO, THEN IT OCCURRED TO ME!

How about if I made these guys \'LOOK\' like they were buffed, WAY
MORE BUFFED THAN THEY ACTUALLY WERE? This was my only way out, as I
knew for sure the other gyms would easily find a bunch of genetic
freaks to represent them.

Regular Squats, Dead Lifts and Bent Over Barbell Rows.

NOW, if you're on muscle growth drugs...or have great genetics...or
are willing to wait 2 to 3 years to see any significant changes...by
all means keep training as you have been. Also remember the CONSTANT
FORCE-FEEDING AND ALL THE PRE-WORKOUT ANXIETY AND FEAR you have to go
through as you are forced to lift heavier and heavier weights...just
to induce growth.

I'm not sure about you...but I've seen guys who have worked out the
'regular' way for 18 months to 2 years...but they DON'T EVEN LOOK LIKE
THEY LIFT WEIGHTS. ALL THAT WASTED EFFORT!

EATING...
As far as food is concerned, you'll be consuming far less than what

BORING SCHOOL TEACHER OVERWHELMS CLASS
"I am a school teacher and have been for the past 6 years. Although
I love my job, all other aspects of my life are very boring. I AM NOT
A VERY SOCIAL PERSON, even though I have an outgoing personality. The
reason for this is because I lacked confidence.

Two years ago I joined my neighborhood gym thinking maybe improving
my body would give me some much needed "BALLS" to talk to people and
be social. However, my progress was pathetic even with the help of a
personal trainer.

I really wanted to get rid of my love handles and gain some muscle
so I started researching online. I got to your older site by following
a link at a forum post. I tell you, IT HAS BEEN 9 WEEKS SINCE I
STARTED TRAINING WITH YOUR SYSTEM AND THE RESULTS ARE SCARY!

For the first time ever I'm seeing MUSCLES AT MY MIDSECTION. My
SHOULDERS ARE BROADENING and I've got this awesome looking vein
running down from my right biceps to my forearm - it looks freaky and
I love it!

Here's the thing. I started your program just before the annual
school break. When I went back to school, the reaction I got was
overwhelming.

During the teachers morning meeting, most of the FEMALE TEACHERS
WERE POKING AND FEELING MY CHEST AND ARM MUSCLES. I actually made the
gym teacher look unfit!

The classes started and as I entered my classroom, there was this
big roar from my students. It took 40 minutes to contain the class,
after answering to questions such as "Are you becoming a wrestler?" &
"Can you show me your muscles again?" & "How come you look tough?"...


For once in my life I DON'T LACK CONFIDENCE ANYMORE. I get so many
people talk to me now that I actually try and avoid people at times,
otherwise I never get any work done..."

GIRL ASKS BOY OUT - THANK GOD
"Hi Moe...Your training method has been god-sent for me, KINDA
LITERALLY. Rachael is this super hot store clerk at our magazine
store. Every Thursday for the past year I've been getting my weekly
copies of the various magazines of interests from her.

I've been wanting to ask her out since the first time I saw her but
had always thought either she had a boyfriend or she would not be
interested in a dorky looking guy like myself. However, yesterday I
went in to pick up my copy of the 'Source' and SHE ASKED ME IF I
WORKED OUT.

Blood seemed to have drained from my head as she never said more
than "Hi" and "Bye" all this time. I replied, "Yes, I do. What makes
you ask?" She replied "YOU SEEM TO LOOK HUNKIER IN THE PAST MONTH." I
think what she really meant to say was that I didn't look as geeky
anymore.

Anyway, she then asked me if I wanted to have dinner with her on
Saturday. NOW I'VE GOT A DATE THIS SATURDAY! Between you and me, I
used to pray to God for a date with Rachael. SOME PRAYERS DO GET
ANSWERED..."

IF ONLY MORE PEOPLE HAD YOUR LOGIC

"...I've read my share of "build muscle" type books so it's almost
impossible to try and sell me another new concept - I've read them
all.

However your claims intrigued me way more than anything else. To be
totally honest, I thought your system would be from Mars but after
reading and following it for a few months, I'M REALLY IMPRESSED WITH

It just so happens that the parts of my muscles that are lagging is
where your system places growth emphasis - IS THIS AN UNREAL
