New Feature!

As a part of our ongoing publication of historically interesting
documents, we present OLD CHRISTMAS [6], from The Sketch Book of
Washington Irving_. The illustrations are by R. Caldecott. In keeping
with the theme, we also have two versions of Clement Moore's _A Visit
From St. Nicholas_ [7] (also known as _\'Twas The Night Before
Christmas_), and Dickens\' classic _A Christmas Carol_ [8].
