Chapter 1: YOU ARE NOT A BISCUIT
"You are NOT a mass produced cookie from a cookie cutter - YOUR
health, fitness, and fatness is unique to you. THE one size fits all
diet and exercise routine will not work for YOU. Find out what is YOUR
individual prescription.
Chapter 2: DIETS DON'T WORK
*IF you diet, you WILL get fatter and unhealthier. Sure you might
get results immediately but I warn you that the long term consequences
are very serious. Plenty of people who are really fat are the effect
