_Place your hands gently on your belly_ and inhale deep into your
abdomen.

Smoothly exhale.

Inhale for a four count. Exhale for a four count. Nothing is forced.

Feel with your placed hands how you are breathing. Are you expanding
your stomach? You should be able to feel this expansion occurring and
then the stomach retracting on the exhalation.

Repeat for five minutes or more.
GIVEN IT A GO?
Good. Now compare how you felt before you did this simple exercise
with how you feel _now_. You should be feeling more relaxed, calm, and
at ease.
