Who I am And Why You Should Listen To Me


 


Right about now you’re probably thinking ‘who is this guy, and where does he get off thinking he knows something that a bunch of PhD’s and Doctors haven’t been able to figure out?’


 


Well, My name is Brad Pilon and I have a rather unique background when it comes to weight loss. For starters, I have an honours degree in nutrition. So I understand the classic “academic approach” to how we should eat. I spent four years studying all of the typical ‘eat less calories then you burn’ type stuff you need to know to become a dietitian.


 


Now here’s where it gets interesting.
