Discover Fun Ways to Encourage
Speech & Language Development

Do you want to create a fun, language enriched home? Is your child attending speech therapy? Do you have a family history of a speech disorder and want ideas on prevention? Do you want ideas on how to best talk to your child? Do you just want to jump start your child's speech and language development?

If you said "yes" to any of these questions, you are in the right place! We are glad you are here.  Most of the information here is based on the idea that children and adults learn best when learning is functional and taking place in a natural environment. This means young kids learn best through play. Older children learn best through PLAY and in their classroom using their curriculum.

Learning should be natural, motivating, and functional!! However, communication learning needs to guided by adjusting the natural environment and creating MANY opportunities for language learning. Don't worry, I'll guide you on how to achieve this. It is quite more complex than just playing :)

Grab your beverage of choice and stay awhile to explore, learn, & play!
