While going out with friends, the diet would seem too restricting. Your friends enjoy eating their meals while you stab dejectedly at your green salad meal. Finally you break down and start eating regular food. Before you know it, you would have consumed twice the usual amount of food you used to eat before your diet! Then the self-pity marches in, and you feel guilty about your abandoned diet and start feeling terrible about yourself...

No matter how, your diets start to fail before you reach your goal. Something or the other interrupts your whole diet plan and causes you to stop dieting...

Then you try to tell yourself that you will start back on the diet ‘from tomorrow’. The said ‘tomorrow’ becomes ‘day after’, next Monday, and so on and so forth. And...

Before you know it, you’ve gained all the weight back — and it has brought friends! You now weigh heavier than you used to before the entire diet fiasco happened....

Cue the self-criticisms, or torrent of tears, unhappiness, and frustrations.

Looking back, all my diets seemed like I was being herded by diet gurus. I was like a lost and blind sheep trying to follow whatever was said by diet gurus. Their fancy plans whoch rarely made sense drove my entire diet schedule. And always I ended up exactly back to where I started – sometimes even worse. I was trapped in a never ending rabbit hole, feeling depressed and a little bit heavier than when I started...

All other aspects of my life was perfect. I was confidant and in charge in my life. Why Do Diets Fail?














Here is a fact – more than 98% of the people who diet do NOT keep off the weight. This means there is only less 2% manage to succeed in their diet.

It is no great surprise that we lose hope that we would get our perfect body via dieting.

Let me share with you my learnings about diet and weight loss – All the endless cycles of rebound weight gain was never my fault. Same way, it is not your fault either. Let us now examine why.






Diets don't actually work... mainly due to a very simple reason...

Diets require a high – and I mean really high – amount of discipline. You will have to sometime skip an entire food group, possibly your favorite one. You are also forced to count calories as well as limit the calories you generally eat. Your only way out for this is to use discipline to stick to the plan.

Interestingly, studies about behavioral science clearly proves that you only have a small supply of discipline. And when you run out of that small pool of supply... well, you know what happens right?...

More importantly, the reason you need discipline to follow a diet is because diets are NOT AT ALL NATURAL.




You are literally waging a war against your body’s thought process that it has been following for generations when you start a diet. Body keeps fighting you during diets because it believes you are rebelling against basic survival instincts.

This is the reason why diest cause you to be sick, or makes you suffer from accelerated aging, and when all fails, fights again with rebound weight gain...

Oh, there is still a saving grace about diet. Some of the diets do get ONE thing right. It's just not what you think...













Biggest Falsehood In Weight Loss Via Diets? Calories!








In the recent years a lot of diet gurus and diet coaches have tried to argue that calories don’t really matter... And to be honest it is understandable why they say so. It is because that is exactly what we all want to hear!...

But to fact is— It’s also the principal lie in weight loss as a whole...

Let us just ignore the impressive weight loss theories you’ve heard for a moment. Now, some of these theories may be true. On other hand, some theories are completely bogus. The remaining ones are so weak they don’t matter at all in your real results.

Nevertheless there is one irrefutable truth about weight loss...

This may not be popular among masses. But it is ESSENTIAL for weight loss to happen, irrespective of what the diet experts pretend. Here it is...







If you wish to lose weight, you MUST limit your calorie intake below a certain threshold of calories.








Now, be patient with me for a bit okay? I know you’re possibly thinking... “How does this really differ from what I’ve already heard?...”


I will explain all that to you in a moment so that you can understand why this is totally different. Before I do that...

Let’s explain the meaning of a calorie...




A calorie can be defined as a way of talking about the “energy” that is stored in the food you eat. It’s also used to talk about the “energy” your body burns to survive, as well as to do whatever actions you do throughout your day.

Now I know what I am going to say next isn’t going to be “popular” advice. However...

Even though this amazing new strategy doesn’t require you to count calories AT ALL, there is no magic formula that lets you eat all you want and still lose weight.
