“Over the years I have watched my best friend transform himself from an overweight, carb loving Individual into one fit and handsome man, dare I even say “a sexy beast”. I never really paid much attention to his accomplishments as I attributed it to his commitment to the gym. However, recently I made a commitment to change, and I he sat with me and told me all about his keto transformation and that’s when I realized that I need to try this keto diet! For all these years he kept telling me and I never paid attention. He always said it was 80% diet and 20% exercise that was the key to success. “Abs are made in the kitchen” is what he always told me. Having spent years battling with my weight, it was a breath of fresh air to find a program which covered all aspects of weight loss from help with setting achievable and realistic goals to tips on how to stay motivated and most important of all, a diet plan made just for me. Raj’s 21 Day Keto Diet Plan has provided me with the tools and knowledge I needed to take control of my own diet once and for all – instead of being told consistently what I can and cannot eat as is the case with many of the other diets out there. I don’t consider Keto to be a diet but rather a lifestyle. Once you are committed to it – you don’t want to go back. The best part about Keto is that if you “cheat” on it, it only takes 3 days to get back into a state of ketosis. Once you notice the results though you won’t be tempted to cheat. I strongly recommend doing the personalized diet plan as I found it be perfectly tailored, a menu to my needs based on my lifestyle (super busy).
