I have gone on to author or co-author scientific research studies that have been published nationally, as well as in places such as The Journal of Applied Physics and The International Journal of the Care of the Injured.


I have literally spent my entire adult life directly involved with sports, fitness, and science.

that I went through after I retired from 
competitive athletics
