Look, I get it. You're super busy. You have a job, family, commitments, etc. You know, a life. In fact, you are so busy that you may even have thought that you don't have time to exercise even though you know deep down that you need to. I created this program to help people just like you get more fit and be more awesome at life in less than 30 minutes a day.

Fitness information can be confusing because it's hard to know who to believe. Just because something works for one person doesn't mean that it will work for others. The Higher Performance Life program avoids this confusion by relying on the evidence provided by scientific studies. New research is constantly being added to the program keeping it at the cutting edge of performance.



  Simple And Effective

One aspect of a High Performance Life is that it doesn't waste time. To that end, I've distilled the program down to be as simple and effective as possible. We won't waste time learning complicated moves or routines when simpler alternatives can be found. We'll focus on the 10% of exercises that provide 90% of the results.

The underlying goal of of the program is to help you be more awesome at life. To that end, the program also provides actionable advice on how to improve other areas of your life as well. You'll become happier, healthier, more productive, and more successful at both home and at work.





What is included in your membership



  Workouts Delivered Daily

Everyday, Monday through Friday, I'll send you what you'll need to do that day for your warm up, the day's workout, and your cool down. These workouts will never get stale because I have written them specifically to be fun, effective, and engaging. In addition, you'll rarely do the same workout more than once. We'll only repeat workouts as a way to measure progress, so even then you won't be bored.


  Clear Instructions

Included with the workouts are clear written and video instructions on how to properly do the exercises. In addition, I'll provide specific cues for you to think about when doing a particular movement and tips on how to overcome the common mistakes. It's my goal to make you masters of the movements in each of the exercises.



  Defined Fitness Program

The exercises provided by the Higher Performance Life program are not random. They are, in fact, carefully programmed and designed to improve broad areas of your fitness and make you stronger, faster, tougher, and generally more awesome.


  Actionable Advice

In additon to the fitness information that the program provides, it also provides actionable advice on how to make other improvements to your life. I try to focus on tips that you can do at that very moment that will make noticable improvements in your life.



  Unbiased Information

I believe that the "best" information is information that is backed by the "best" results. To that end, the content provided is backed by numerous scientific studies and research papers which prove its effectiveness. Simply put, "If it's proven to work, we'll do it. If not, we won't."


  Accountability And Motivation

While I'm here initially to help you stay motivated and to hold you accountable to the goals that you've set, my ultimate goal is for you to be able to do that for yourself. To that end, I'll provide tips and strategies on how to build and maintain healthy habits and stay motivated in the long run.

  What Is This?

Higher Performance Life is a fast and effective fitness program that is delivered right to your inbox. Every weekday, you'll receive information and a workout that was designed to help you improve your health, have more energy, and generally be more awesome in life.



  Who Is This For?

Higher Performance Life is for busy adults and working professionals who are serious about improving their lives, but don't have the time to go (or access) to a gym and work with a Professional.




  What Will I Need?

The program is designed to be done at home so only a minimal amount of equipment is required. Ideally, you should have access to a place to run, a kettlebell or dumbell, a jump rope, and a pull up bar.



  Where Can I Do This?

The workouts in the Higher Performance Life program can be done just about anywhere you can run and do exercises but were designed to be done in, and around, your house.



  What If I Need To Miss A Day?

No worries! Just skip the workout(s) that you missed and pick up where you left off. Your fitness is a long term project so, missing a few days won't have that big of an impact.



  How Long Are The Workouts?

The workouts are designed to be done in 30 minutes or less including the warmup. If you have more time, I also include daily "homework" and "extra credit" exercises that you can do during the day to take you to the next level.



  What Kind Of Exercises Do We Do?

We try to stick with the basics and do a lot of sprinting, bodyweight, and kettlebell exercises.



  What If I Can't Do A Pull Up/Push Up/etc?

No worries. I also provide substitutions for the exercises that you can do to build the strength required to do the full exercises.



  Can I Still Run/Play Sports/Do Other Exercises/Etc.?

Of course! The Higher Performance Life program by itself will build you a high level of base fitness. Augmenting this with the sport of your choice is even better!



  How Long Does The Program Last?

This is not a 30, 60, or 90 day program, but rather a program that's been designed for the long term (just like your fitness). You can stay on the program as long as you'd like and cancel at any time.



  Do I Workout Alone?

That's up to you. These workouts can be done with a group so you can recruit your friends and family if you wish. In addition, you can workout virtually with members of our private Facebook group.




  How Do I Get Help?

That's easy. You just contact me directly. Since you'll be sending me the results from your workouts, we'll be in touch a lot. In addition, you can schedule a video call with me if you have questions that would better be answered face to face.



  Is This Good For Beginners Too?

Absolutely! The workouts can be adjusted according to your level of fitness. If you haven't exercised in a long period of time, you should probably check with your Doctor before you start though. The program is intense and we don't want anyone to get hurt.



  Will I Lose Weight?

Probably. Although this is not specifically a "weight loss" program, many High Performers lose a great deal of body fat as a High Performing body is usually a lean body.



  Will I Gain Strength?

Absolutely. Strength is VERY important and vital to a person's ability to stay active throughout their lives. We therefore spend a lot of time on it and build a great deal of strength. Nearly all of my clients who cannot do unassisted pull ups or strict push ups before starting are proficient at them after just 90 days.



  What's The Catch?

  How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

About A Higher Performance Life



Hi! I'm Mark Chasse.

I'm the creator of the Higher Performance Life program and I'm going to be straight with you. My fitness background is a bit different than others and, because of that, my fitness program is a bit different than others.

Unlike most trainers who start out as high school or college athletes, I have almost no athletic background at all. I'm also not a Navy SEAL, fitness model, celebrity trainer, etc. I'm not even one of those guys who has always been fit or looks fit just because he has great genes. In fact, it wasn't until I was in my 30's and my children were born that I started to take my health and fitness seriously because I wanted to see them (and their kids) grow up.

When I started to get serious about fitness though, the only information that I could find on it was b.s./hype/celebrity tips/magazine articles/etc. The kind of stuff where you start out with high hopes but then end up at a gym watching tv for an hour while you mindlessly churn away on the elliptical machine.

Even worse were the "here's what I did" tips and advice from people who were fit. Their information was confusing,contradictory, and often times appeared that it would only work for them.

I was wasting my time and needed a better program, one that was backed by science not by a shirtless guy in a magazine.

When I couldn't find that program, I set out to create one myself. Along the way, I broadened the program to incorporate research from many different fields with the aim of improving every area of life, not just fitness.

To me, a High Performance Life is a life where one is exceptionally happy and healthy. A life where you excel at work and at home, make and achieve audacious goals, and are mentally tough enough to tackle any challenge that you may face.

I've poured over countless scientific studies and research papers to come up with a program that will help you do just that, live a High Performance Life. I'm extremely confident that the program will produce significant improvements in the lives of most people since the underlying research proves its effectiveness and members who have tried the program have also seen dramatic results.

You'll get faster, stronger, happier, tougher, more confident, and better able to handle life's challenges. I use it everyday myself and now at 40 I'm more awesome than I was when I was 30. In fact, I'm better today than I was yesterday.

A bit more about me. I'm a busy father, husband, and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. I love old motorcycles, being outside, spending time with the family, improving myself, bio/life hacking, using ellipses (like this), and all things nerdy (I graduated from MIT so I got nerd cred).
