I have done plenty of studying on this subject and moreover, I am someone who has actually lived the learning.   I went back to school to get my second bachelors degree when I was forty. I continued on after that to get a dual masters and didn’t end up getting out of school until I was forty-seven. What I learned, and the experiences that I had during those years may be able to help you if you are about to start this journey. I know a lot of people are considering this step and I think they would benefit from hearing an insider’s perspective. To that end, I have done surveying of middle-age students and have included much of that information.  I have also incorporated my business knowledge from having done an MBA into the portions of the book that make observations on personal student loan debt levels.

There is also a cause in this book. It’s the cause of the adult learner -one who is often ill-served by traditional forms of college instruction. Some institutions of higher learning are fully equipped to serve your over-forty needs and some are blind to them. In this book you will learn how to avoid the blind schools. You can also remove some of the road blocks to getting hired after school by learning what not to do. It’s all in here.
