So I told you that men are sensitive to change.

Changes in routines… like sex.

Changes in all kinds of things.

But there’s one change that drives them the craziest.

It’s going to seem crude…

But it is what it is.

Men can’t change it.

You see, men are hard wired to be attracted to certain body shapes.

In fact, research into the subject shows that a woman’s hip to waist ratio is a major attraction trigger for men.

Now… before you think men are pigs, realize you prefer men to look a certain way too.

Tall dark and handsome ring a bell?

It’s just not as important for you as it is for the average man.

But here’s the kicker most women don’t understand…

Of course you probably think that all men want a woman to look like a super model.

But that’s not true.

Not by a long shot.

In fact, there’s no certain size most men prefer.

But a waist to hip ratio of 80% or less is a sign of fertility that has been driven into the subconscious minds of men for tens of thousands of years.

Now you may ask.

What the heck is a hip to waist ratio?

You measure the waist and the hips, divide to get a percentage and anything below 80% is considered sexy.

For reference…

The classic 36-24-36 figure for example has a waist-to-hip ratio of 66%.

So like I said, women don’t have to be super-model thin.

Guy’s all have a little bit different range.

Of course you know that when you think about guy friends or your brothers who always pick women with the same general body shape.

They just can’t help it because to them…

… it’s how they perpetuate the species.

And it’s a major driver inside almost every man.

It’s been biologically driven into men for thousands of years.

Why do you think corsets were so popular in the 18th century?

Or girdles in the 1920’s through the fifties?

All to catch the eyes of men with the right hip to waist ratio.

Now again, most guys aren’t looking for supermodels.

In a recent survey done by a fashion magazine in Britain, both men and women were asked this question:

What is the perfect size when it comes to the female body?

And I think you’ll find the results a bit surprising.

On average, British women said a US size 6.

And on average, British MEN said size 10!

That’s quite a difference, isn’t it?

Look, that proves most men don’t care that much about body size.

Not near as much as you would think.

So there’s another secret about men that does come into play concerning looks.

And it’s surprising too…

But not how you think it will be.

So I help both men and women get relationships started and keep them going.

I’ve literally worked with HUNDREDS of guys in the field.

In fact, at one time, I was the highest paid dating coach in England.

That means I’ve heard a ton of uncensored, unfiltered, straight-talk about what guys want when it comes to what kind of women they were attracted to.

And over 90% of the time… I got one answer.

“I want a woman that’s HOT!”

Of course you may not be surprised by the answer.

But how it manifested itself WILL come as a shock.

Remember, I was right with these guys.

And I’m a fanatical field researcher.

So I watched each one of the guys who hired me.

Sometimes they were in groups.

And other times one-on-one.

And it never ceased to amaze me that what was hot to each guy…

… was almost NEVER the same!

You know, just because TV and Hollywood starlets look a certain way…

Doesn’t mean that’s what guys really want.

Most dating experts would tell you that generally, men are attracted to women with about the same attractiveness level.

I never found that true.

I find a lot of guys who find a woman who is a little higher than him in terms of attraction.

For instance, a guy who is a “7” will try to hook up with a 7 1/2 or 8.

And the real shocker is this…

What he would label a 7 1/2 or an 8.

For instance, I would ask 5 different guys look at the same woman and rate her hotness.

Most of the time I would get scores all over the board from 4 to 10!

The point is, all guys like different women.

The question is… what has changed.

You know, I understand you may feel skeptical about what you can do in 6 minutes a day.

In fact, when I first heard about it, I was too.

Like I told you earlier, I was an endurance athlete, running track.

And when I studied exercise in college, that type of training is what they said burned fat.

Well, remember my story about gaining 25 pounds?

I was still running then.

And the weight wasn’t coming off.

I was getting bigger.

So I sure wanted to find something more effective at burning fat.

And it had to have solid science behind it too.

What doctor wouldn’t insist on that?

And when I came upon the Tabata research, I knew I found the answer.

It all started with a Japanese scientist named Izumi Tabata in 1996.

He and his colleagues studied 2 groups.

Group 1 worked out 5 hours a week at a moderate intensity.

Group two worked out for 16 minutes a week using high intensity interval training.

After 6 weeks, Tabata measured the results.

And the results shocked him to the core!

Group 1 had a significant increase in aerobic conditioning.

That makes sense, they were working out 5 hours a week.

However, their anaerobic or muscular system saw little or no improvement.

Group 2, the group doing 16 minutes a week… how did they do?

They showed even MORE improvement in their aerobic systems than group 1…

And boosted their muscular systems by a staggering 28%!

Let me tell you what that means to you.

First of all, you probably know that adding muscle increases your metabolism.

Helping you burn more fat.

But the most interesting thing is, you don’t have to sweat hours in the gym.

In fact, you NEVER have to go to a gym!

In minutes a WEEK… you can melt away excess pounds!

Suddenly, Tabata revolutionized the fitness industry.

And others confirmed his studies.



In 2010, the Journal of Obesity wrote:

“Examining high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) indicates that it may be more effective at reducing subcutaneous and abdominal body fat than other types of exercise.”



A 2001 study from East Tennessee State University demonstrated similar findings with subjects who followed an 8-week HIIT program (subjects dropped 2 percent in body fat) as compared to those who followed a continuous steady-state program (subjects had no percentage drop in body fat) on a treadmill.

In a study presented at the 2007 annual meeting of the American College of Sports Medicine by Florida State University (Tallahassee), researchers reported that subjects who performed HIIT burned almost 10 percent more calories during the 24 hours following exercise as compared to those who performed continuous steady-state exercise, despite the fact that the total calories burned during the workouts were the same.

A 2007 study in the Journal of Applied Physiology reported that women who performed a total seven HIIT workouts over a 2 week span experienced a 30 percent increase in both fat oxidation and levels of enzymes that enhance fat oxidation.

A Laval University study that found a decrease in body fat with HIIT also discovered that the HIIT subjects’ muscle fibers had significantly higher markers for fat oxidation (fat burning) than those in the continuous steady-state exercise group.

A study from Australia reported that females following a 20-minute HIIT program, consisting of 8-second sprints followed by 12 seconds of rest, lost six times more body fat than the group who followed a 40-minute cardio program performed at a constant intensity of 60 percent of their maximum heart rate.

And that’s just but a sample of the research I uncovered.

I was convinced, so I tried it out on myself.

At a time when my career was going fast and furious, I didn’t have a lot of time to work out.

And as busy as I was at work… I still wanted to spend a lot of time with my daughter.

So to me… Tabata training was a godsend!

And I have to say it worked.

This was my training philosophy when I took first place in the 2010 Great North Ms. Fitness Bikini in Minnesota.

I had never experienced such amazing results.

Not even running 6 or 7 miles a day.

Since I discovered Tabata…

…and saw fantastic results faster and easier than anything I had ever tried…

I started working with clients to rapidly change their bodies, their outlook and most of all their confidence!
