First of all I want to say that I’m really happy you’re here and have so much interest in my new program.

Why do I say that?

Because I know how you’re feeling right now. I’ve been there and as a personal trainer with over ten years of experience, I’ve had clients who were standing right where you are now. These were people who were feeling down, maybe even downright defeated because they had struggled for so long without making any real progress in their bodies – without seeing any real LASTING changes.

And in truth he didn’t do that bad – at least in the beginning. You see this particular guy had the right attitude. He was motivated to go to the gym and he tried to eat right. And he kept on trying really hard for about four months before he realized that he was going in circles…

He would start to see results and then push harder, doing more of what he thought was getting him the results, which ended up backfiring by burning him out and sending him back to square one.

This would confuse him and made him think that it meant he shouldn’t work out at all, or that he should at least “back off” on the weight training or the cardio. Of course, that turned out to be a disaster as well because with that approach he stayed right where he was, and became even less motivated than he already was (which was not very motivated) to actually start doing a little more of something.

And that was another problem: even if he had been motivated enough to get up and go, he really didn’t know where to start.
And that’s just in regard to working out…

His nutrition knowledge about the basic but “secret” stuff I had been educating my clients on for years was severely lacking.
Once all of this dawned on him, that’s when he came to see me (even though he said he had to swallow his pride a little bit) because he wasn’t ready to quit.

Pillar 2: You need to be aware of when you eat each type of food and how much of it you eat.

For instance, you should be focusing on getting enough lean protein throughout the day, but you would most likely benefit from focusing on eating more carbs after your workout.

2Recovery “Low Key” Cardio –

Recovery “low key” cardio is one of the cardiovascular conditioning components of The Fit Body Solution workout routine. Here’s an excerpt right out of the book about what this type of cardio is and why it’s important:

“Recovery ‘low key’ cardio is short, low intensity cardio that is done one or two times per week to help the body recover from the weight training while also helping burn more calories and improve general health.”

3Body Part Specific Sets –

Body part specific sets are exactly what they sound like. They are groups of exercises designed to improve one general area of your body at a time. They can either help you hone and improve a general area of your body, like your legs, or even a more specific localized area like your butt. These sets were created not only to help people with general weight loss or fat loss in mind, but also for those who truly want to achieve a great body and create such an amazing change that they turn heads when walking down the street.

Here’s a great description from The Fit Body Solution:

“These are extra exercises that are done for a specific body part that you want to improve and see more dramatic changes in as quickly as possible”

4Fasted Cardio –

Fasted cardio is very similar to the recovery low key cardio but the only difference is that it is more focused on specifically burning body fat because it is done in the morning after waking up before eating breakfast. (on an empty stomach).

So what is the main purpose of Fasted Cardio?

Primarily it is meant to help you burn body fat stores, thus losing weight in the form of body fat. This allows you to reveal muscle tone that was previously shrouded by body fat more easily.

 

 How does it work?

The idea behind fasted cardio is that you are exercising at a low intensity which in and of itself would burn body fat. The key with being fasted though is that when you work out, you start “tapping into” the fat stores that much faster because you don’t have any food in your system that your body wants to metabolize (use for energy). This means greater fat burning with less effort. (In fact an important part of fasted cardio is that it is done at a relatively low intensity so that it only burns body fat and doesn’t burn muscle tissue).

 3.The Workouts You’ll Find in The Fit Body Solution are NOT Brutal

Just like spending too much time working out is bad, working out too intensely is also bad. This is especially true for beginners or for people trying to see really pronounced changes in their body. It’s one of the problems a lot of people encounter when they try the newest most popular workout program that comes along. That’s because the workout program wasn’t designed with them in mind and it simple doesn’t work. With The Fit Body Solution, things are different.

The idea here is that recovery is hugely important when it comes to seeing changes in your body. Recovery is basically your “down time” when you’re not working out or doing anything very physical.

It can include very low intensity activities like watching TV or being on your computer or other device, or reading, or of course, sleeping. Rest and recovery is so important because it allows your body to burn body fat, balance blood sugar levels, optimize hormone levels, build new muscle, and keep your metabolism going at a high rate so you burn more calories when you’re awake.

The Workouts were too hard to understand
