The Truth About Fat Burning Foods

Your 24 Hour Diet Makeover

Did you know that protein shakes are TOTALLY devoid of amino acids, and therefore are actually killing your liver while at the same time BLOCKING your cell formations from building muscle and gaining weight?

Did you also know that there are certain foods you're using RIGHT NOW to fuel your workout that are actually diminishing your weight gaining progress?

In fact, once you uncover the so-called ‘traditional’ weight gaining methods that are actually STOPPING you from putting on muscle, you’ll instantly be able to create your own workouts and your own diet, and you’ll see rapid growth in your body transformation.

All you have to do now is read through the short article below and you’ll discover how to work out to maximize your muscle gains and FIX your fast metabolism in order to build impressive muscles.

This isn’t another quick fix or diet scam where you’ll end up feeling left in the dark once again. It doesn’t require you to buy expensive equipment or shady supplements either.

In fact, this information is CRITICAL for anyone trying to gain weight – even those who precisely calculate their calorie intake for every meal.

It doesn’t matter if you’re young, old, or anything in-between or whether your goal is to go slow or to get muscular as quickly as possible. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have OR how good you think your workout plan and diet are.

If you ever work out or plan on working out, this information will revolutionize your diet plan and your workout routines, AND it will help you gain more weight faster.

My name is Kevin Tylecote, but my friends just call me Ty, and I'm from Naperville, Illinois. I’ve spent the last 5 years of my life trying to break out of my ‘skinny’ prison, as I used to call it.

For years, I’ve been relentlessly researching, reading articles, analyzing studies, and most importantly, checking out what works and what doesn’t on myself and my friends.

What I’ve uncovered is far from what you’d read in fitness magazines nowadays, and it reveals the fastest way to gain weight and build muscle. And that is exactly what the fitness multi-billion dollar industry and big food companies are trying to hide from you because it costs very little and takes even less time to master.

These tricks prevent your body’s natural development, get you addictive to their supplements, extract vital vitamins from your body, and create a lifelong chain between you and their fake fitness products.

Don’t believe me? Then read Private Sparling’s case. He took the workout supplement called Jack3d before training and collapsed during the army’s 10-minute long run ([Reference]).

How about the numerous occasions when the FDA issued warnings to protein powder and supplement manufacturers because their products contain dimethylamylamine (DMAA)? DMAA is known to narrow blood vessels, elevate blood pressure, and increase chance of shortness of breath and even tightening in the chest ([Reference]).

They’ll probably hate me for being honest, but I am determined to try and help as many people as I possibly can in achieving their dream bodies.

And I’m not alone.

Dozens of renowned fitness experts, nutritionists, and muscle building coaches (Christopher Harmer, James Goodrich, and even Stephen Vanhorne, just to name a few) are supporting me and giving me their endorsements to help spread the word.

All I ask from you now is to read my short article below to uncover a handful of my discoveries.

Take it as friendly advice so you can STOP being scammed into wasting your hard-earned money only to see no results at all.

But I do have to warn you. These tips are highly controversial and go against the grain of the fitness industry and big food companies.

But if you still believe that the media is only trying to ‘inform’ you or you’re not open-minded enough to try out new methods to gain weight, then I’m afraid this article is definitely NOT for you.

Just follow these 3 simple tips below to discover how 'traditional' weight gaining methods are actually SLOWING your progress down, what the fitness industry invented in the last couple of decades in order to reak in massive profits from the uneducated consumers, and how protein shakes are now poisoning fitness circles all around the world.

The media, fitness coaches, and the fitness industry are all participating in the worldwide scam of defaming free weights for the benefit of machines. Back in the day, as the industry was seeing how free weights might be more beneficial for muscle growth than their machines, it started fearing for the sales dropping in the near future.

That’s right.

And so began the famous rise of why machines are always a better choice for everyone.

To gain weight and build muscle, you need to maximize weights all the time. And to maximize weights, you should be using the barbell 9 out of 10 times, as this allows the biggest weight, especially for beginners.

Here is proof.

The Journal of Strength and Conditioning consistently finds that you can lift more using free weights. When you are trying to gain weight and build muscle, more weights lifted equal bigger gains after the body receives the proper nutrients. (Reference: Heinecke, M., et al. Comparison of Strength Gains. The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research: 18(4): e361, 2004.)

In fact, the SOLE factor determining muscle response is not whether you use machines, barbells, or dumbbells; it’s about the level of INTENSITY (read that sentence again).

On the [next page], you’ll learn how to maximize your weight and muscle gains by using other ‘little-known’ ways in the fitness circles.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret here. This might rock your world, so be prepared.

You don’t need to eat 6 times a day.

What?!

II’ll give you a moment to recover. Take as long as you need.

You okay? Don’t start smashing the furniture. Let me explain.

Up until the 70s, no one even heard about the 6 meals a day thing. If it weren’t for the relentless greed of food manufacturers and the fitness supplements industry, no one would be fooling himself today into thinking that eating until throwing up is effective at all. (Reference: Munsters MJ, Saris WH. Effects of meal frequency on metabolic profiles and substrate partitioning in lean healthy males. PLoS One. 2012)

Have you ever tried eating meat with rice (or quinoas) 5 or even 6 times a day?

Not only is it impossible to accomplish for beginners, but the system itself is fake and flawed from the inside out.
Let me ask you this: if your body is being spoon-fed every 2-3 hours, why would it be encouraged to dig out fat storage for energy?

It already receives it from the food intake you’re shoving down 6 times a day! (Reference: Meal frequency and energy balance. Br J Nutr. 1997 Apr;77 Suppl 1:S57-70.)

Eating every 3 hours will only make you skinny-fat for this very reason. You're going to store the majority of your food intake as FAT.

You could try substituting some of the meals for protein shakes, but this will only harm your body even more.

OR you can use my 6 steps to eating more method on the [next page], which explains how to consume more proteins and carbs a day WITHOUT forcing a single gulp down your throat.

If the first two reasons didn’t surprise you, this one surely will.

First off, why are you so convinced that protein powders are really good for you?

Maybe because you saw it hundreds of times in popular Fitness magazines. Maybe because bodybuilders and celebrities endorse them since they are being paid to do so. You wouldn’t believe how much money is in this business. (Read more about this in Brian Clement's:  Supplements Exposed: The Truth They Don't Want You to Know About Vitamins, Minerals, and Their Effects on Your Health)

To make more money from uneducated consumers, the fitness industry has long been relying on successful bodybuilders, fitness coaches, and celebrities to endorse their products.

I dare you to open a Muscle Maximizer, a Muscle and Fitness, or even a Men’s Fitness magazine and check out the content.

Do you see anything out of the ordinary? How about the ads of protein powders that are being advertised on every SECOND page?!

I quickly counted one of the magazine’s ad portfolio: they have 104 pages advertising protein powders out of a 180 page magazine!

That means that 56% of the fitness magazines are actually trying to sell you protein powders!

But how exactly are these powders bad for you?

First of all, they are processed. They are purified, refined even. They have been broken down to just the parts you want. This logically means that you are leaving out other essential parts of the meal from your diet.

The Annals of Internal Medicine (March 18, 2003) has found that increased protein intake from these powders can actually lead to LIVER DAMAGE, as the kidney is not used to digesting so much refined protein a day.

Secondly, why would you sacrifice your health for fitness? In addition to spending 100s of dollars a month on protein shakes, your health can get seriously damaged.

How?

Most whey proteins are derived from grain-fed cows and these cows (you guessed it) are commonly unhealthy and routinely treated with antibiotics and hormones. And you're drinking their derived whey products.

In fact, whey protein powders are made from pasteurized milk. Pasteurization destroys the most vital immuno components in the whey.

Consumer Reports in July 2010 reported that most whey products contained an alarmingly high concentration of heavy metals along with lead, cadnium, and arsenic. When accumulated in the body, these components can lead to brain and kidney damage.

And you thought that too much protein cannot be bad for you!

I’ll show you on the [next page] exactly how you can gain weight and build muscle at the same speed as if you’d been on protein shakes.
