In order to use the Excel files you will need one of the following:
A Windows PC running Office 2007 or above or a Mac running Office 2008 or above. You can also use Open Office 3.0 or above which runs on Windows/Mac/Linux or use office 365 on you local computer.
Office Web Apps for Android phones and tablets as well as Iphone and Ipad will not work. The full Excel file is over 10mb and Office Web apps only allow files smaller than 2mb to open. Skydrive has a limit of 5mb. Google docs is only for viewing file so this is also not an option.
