Dear "Future Fitness Enthusiast"

I have been eating healthy and training consistently for quite some time now. I think it's probably been just over 2 years. Previously I was completely unaware that just a handful of eating habits could transform muscle tone and over all well being.

Since then I have been approached by many people asking me what I do to stay in shape. My answer has always been, "I eat healthy and exercise regularly", but it never seems to be enough of an answer. I have a feeling that many people believe there might be some sort of secret. I really do just eat healthy and exercise regularly.

You might be thinking to your self, "Well that's obvious, it's just common sense." and you would be right to think that, but what actually stops people from getting in shape then, if it's just all common sense?

Here are some of my personal concerns I had when I first decided to get back into shape.

You might be able to relate to some of these:

I find it difficult to even get started. I do try eating healthy and exercising, but I feel a lack of enthusiasm. I lift weights, but they're not making me healthier. I can't seem to stop myself from eating junk food. If I train hard enough I should be able to eat anything I like. I'm convinced that there must be some other secret to getting in shape.

The good news is that there is no secret to any of these concerns. The whole process of eating healthy and getting in shape is very easy to understand. It really is !!!

It's Not Complicated. It's Just Difficult.

I have come to realise that common sense is not actually as common as we think it is. Changing our eating habits and exercising to get in shape to stay in shape is not complicated, it never has been and never will be. In fact it is the complete opposite.

The hardest part is getting started and then the next hurdle is staying motivated. It is these two things that stop a lot of people from sticking to their healthy eating and exercise routines.

Whenever anyone asks me, "How do stay in shape?" my reply is always, "Well firstly I cut right down on junk food." But for some reason I always get a feeling that this answer puts people off the idea to even start trying to get back into shape.

Do you see what I mean about it not being complicated? Difficult? Yes, but not complicated.

So this eBook is about how to overcome these difficulties rather than reveal some amazing new "never seen before magic training and diet program that gets you in shape in 7 days."

What IsThis eBook About?

Just to be clear, this is not a nutritional guide or 'how to train' eBook.

Admittedly, this was not even going to be a eBook at all. These were actually my own personal notes. I was going to publish them on my blog as articles, but decided not to as I felt that it was personal to me, but I realised that some of the problems that I was facing when I started trying to eat healthy and get in shape were the same problems that others were facing.

Real Results

None of what you are about to read is hype. There are no exaggerated claims or fancy videos for you to watch. It's a simple and straight forward eBook full of information that I wrote after seeing real results.

My name is Wasim and at the time of creating this page I'm about to turn 43 years of age. That's me in a photo that I took today. Changing my eating habits is one of the best decision I have made, not only to get in shape, but how it has made me feel in terms of strength.

I have kept everything as real as possible. I do not have 'before' and 'after' photos as I had not intended this to be an eBook where I could have documented everything. Oh and while I'm on the subject of 'before' and 'after' photos, some of what you see online are fake. They really are, believe me, I can use Photoshop pretty fluently and put abs on anyone within minutes.

What I have included in the eBook:

Junk food and the way it is associated to a guilty mindset. How I stop a bloaty stomach, but still manage to eat the same daily amount. How I cut down on junk food and turned to eating healthy - exact steps. Why fruit is sometimes considered boring or tasteless for some people. How to learn from nature and apply the lessons into our eating habits. The mechanics of how to make something difficult become easier. Worksheet to help you plan and track the progress of changing of eating habits.

Mindset Is Everything

This was one of my biggest frustrations because I thought it was made up hype. Honestly, I thought the whole idea of mindset was just another industry product, but it's not. It is real and without the right mindset it's just not possible.

For this reason I have also shown you in this eBook, the exact scientific method of understanding why it will always be difficult at first and what you can do to make it easier for yourself for the long term.

This is directly related to mindset, how we perceive things. If you understood only this part of the eBook then you will get the big picture and the stress of getting into shape will be reduced.
