As you can see from the photos above, my physical appearance has changed dramatically. However, that’s not the only thing that’s changed. I’ve changed my eating habits, and more importantly my lifestyle.

I have tried numerous diets, but none of them lasted longer than 3 months. It is not to say that the other diet techniques did not work, or produce noticeable results, many of them did. However, none of them produced the long-term results and benefits that the Gluten Free lifestyle has provided me.

I’m all about looking good, but I’m also about feeling good. I don’t believe in crash diets, or diet pills.  I have  tried several of them, and to put it quite frankly, they are all a bunch of BS. They didn’t produce desirable results, and because they were “quick, temporary fixes” my body didn’t always respond positively (i.e. jittery, stomach pains, dizziness etc.) These techniques did not make me feel healthy, ironically, they made me feel unhealthier, which is why I stopped utilizing this approach. 

Since I started the gluten-free lifestyle I look healthy, feel healthy, and have never been happier.

I guess according to the average American statistic I have never really been tremendously overweight, but just like every other girl, I have always been self conscious of my weight and was exploring the latest trends and diet techniques. I initially started the gluten free diet when I saw the success that Ed, my boyfriend, (above) had achieved. To be honest, I thought it was just going to be another diet. I never thought that it would transition to what is now my lifestyle.

Unlike many diets out there, I don’t feel deprived in my food choices. I am not limited to just vegetables, or meat. There are so many different varieties of food to choose from, that sometimes I forget I am even technically on a “diet”. 

The Gluten Free lifestyle has increased my energy levels, helped in my physical appearance, and has improved my health overall.

Amber & Ed have been friends of mine for a very long time. Like Ed, I too struggled with my weight. I tried every diet and weight loss pill out there, but none of them seemed to work. I more or less decided to give up, until I saw the results that Ed had achieved.
