Welcome, Neville Gaunt, Co-Founder of Mind Fit Ltd, here.

I’m going to tell you about my friend Graham Williams.  Graham Williams is a curious man, he’s always looking at how he can take theories apart, find out how they work and improve them. He spent many years in the 1990′s as a professional coach working with ex Olympic athletes, top business experts and sports psychologists. The team was highly successful and all their clients were very happy with the results, Graham knew there was still something missing.

The answer Graham found was actually quite simple, they had developed their own mindset to succeed.

So over the past 15 years he has developed a very simple solution, that is so simple that anyone can achieve the level of success they want, without the stress, struggle and constant worry.

Now, before we go any further, I’m going to be frank with you right here. If you think you’re not naturally gifted, can’t achieve success, or if you think it’s too much like hard work, then I’m going to agree with you, you’re absolutely right! But if you think you can, and you are willing to see how lots of people have succeeded just by taking simple actions, then I know you will succeed too.

That may sound like a bold statement but it’s a fact and here’s why. Just think for a moment, how you learned to ride a bike, drive a car, or even tie a shoe lace – all the things you now do automatically, without even thinking. If you haven’t started driving how about remembering when you started to walk, because everyone that can walk, does – don’t they? So you already know that if you want to, and you believe you can, you will!

So the next question you may have is ‘How?’ and you’ll be pleased to know, we’ve kept that simple too. There are no complicated models as we only provide you with a map. It’s a rather special map and full of lots of gems, science and psychological reasons why it works – but all you need to know is that it works if you follow it. The reason for the map is simple, because if you know where you are and in which direction you’re travelling,  and you know where you want to go, a map will show you how to get there. In time you can create a powerful habit and be in a state of ‘flow’ which is an effortless state of performance in which you are completed absorbed in the task and lose track of time. (Just like when you’re watching a good film or reading a good book) Feedback – We all need feedback to know if we are on the right track, so seek immediate feedback from whatever source is available. One of the most powerful and least used is from our self. Become aware of what you did and how you did it then look for how effective it was. Learn from every experience. We are designed to do this!

Businesses everywhere are suffering helplessness on a large scale – ‘Learned Helplessness’ is a topic being discussed by most large businesses in the world and was identified almost 50 years ago and today it’s having a massive effect on people and business.
