Ok this is so straight forward it's quite silly no one thought of this idea before.

Firstly let me tell you about the Body Building side of the story. A Body Builder goes to the gym to pump weights and to get that super burn in their muscles they crave for, because this burn or PUMP as 'they' call it is needed for muscle growth. Large amounts of blood is pumped into the working muscle and this is the best way to promote muscle growth. Now, Body Builders have developed over decades ways to get super big pumps in their muscles, and this is ALL done with specially timed food intake of different types of food which has an ENORMOUS effect on the muscle pump they get.

So now to the exciting news! What we done was study Professional Body Builders and the way they put their eating plans together with regards to food timing and the nutrient sources they used to get these super big pumps in the muscle, and because this is exactly what us Riders DON'T want... all we simply did was just flip their eating plan!! Derrr!

Bodybuilders know how to get a MASSIVE PUMP in their muscles..

 So we took their knowledge and just done the OPPOSITE!

We found the solution to stop arm pump and it was all in the food timing and the kind of foods we ate. We couldn't even get a pump in the gym! Or any other exercise for that matter. Exciting news is an understatement. This really is revolutionary even though it's quite a simple concept that had not been thought of before.

I'm telling you now, don't waste your time effort and money on silly exercises and such which really make no sense to stop arm pump. This system has got the backing of decades of nutritional development through professional Body Builders and is simply just creating the opposite effect that body builders are trying to get which is a pump in the muscles.

BEFORE RIDING MEALS (consumed before riding)  

NON RIDING MEALS (consumed any other time) 

 

STRICT GUIDELINES:

· You will eat 5 or less of these meals daily. (for example, 4 NON RIDING meals and 1 BEFORE RIDING meal) Which makes a total of 5 meals.

· NON RIDING MEALS will be your main meals consumed throughout the day except for when you are about to ride.

· BEFORE RIDING MEALS are meals which need to be consumed no later than 1 hour before riding. One of these meals can also be consumed between motos.

· If you are not riding for the day, eat 5 NON RIDING MEALS only daily.

· You may eat the same NON RIDING MEALS twice or more daily for convenience sake if needed.

· You MUST follow this plan for at least 3 days to show results.
