HOME

If you had to leave your home at a moment's notice, what would you
take with you?

At the very least, you'll grab your 72 hour kit.   You have one,
don't you?   FEMA tells us that the first 72 hours are critical.  .

But what will you have inside that kit?    There are lists
available all over the internet about what to pack.  Most of them
tell you to have a supply of food, water, clothing, etc.  This is a
good place to start, but it's only the beginning.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS?     If your home is destroyed
by water, wind, or fire, how will you ever be able to recover the
information you need to move forward?    You'll need to know how to
access your funds and file insurance claims.  You'll even need proof
of ownership.

When Hurricane Ike hit the Gulf of Mexico in 2008, it was weeks
before we had confirmation that our daughter's house had been totally
swept away.  All that was left was a few of the pillars to hold the
house up off the ground.  When we were finally able to get on the
peninsula to see for ourselves, we found that we had to prove
ownership to even be admitted to the area.   What if everything you
have to prove ownership is lost?

Before

After

In a perfect world, you'd have all of your documents organized and
updated in a filing cabinet.  But even then, it's unrealistic to
think you're going to unload those drawers and take the information
with you.

We have a solution for you! _ _ was created to walk you through the
steps of recording that information, either helping you to pull the
information out of your head, or transferring the information directly
from the documents themselves to the book.     It's a 32 page book
that's easy to understand and follow, and small enough to slip into
that 72 hour kit without taking up as much room as an extra pair of
socks.

We all hope this is something we'll never need to use, but going
through the steps to prepare this information will give you a feeling
of satisfaction and peace of mind.  If and when the time comes,
you'll be ready!

is available to you right now as an immediate download.

Take a look at the to see what topics it covers.

Don't wait!  Otherwise, it just might be too late.

Enjoy the journey!

While you certainly don't need an attorney to complete the
information in your copy of "All They'll Need to Know," it might
prompt you to take an additional step or two to get your life in
order.

For instance:

Do you have a will that's current?  Written in the state in which
you now reside?

Do you have a _living_ will?   That's the one you want to make
certain your family and doctors follow your end-of-life requests.
Do you want to be kept alive by machines, or not?  Had Terri Schaivo
had this important document, her family wouldn't have been in such
turmoil for so many years.

If you don't have an attorney, or don't feel like you can afford an
attorney, I'd like to recommend an option that has proved to be
extremely helpful to our family.
