My name is Daryl Devonish and I am the creator of the 60-Day Body Transformation. I was a Nike sponsored trainer and consulted with Nike on their shoe designs. As a former college football player myself I have juggled a high-level sports commitment while earning a bachelor degree in physical education and health and a bachelor of education degree, both from the University of Toronto. I currently teach 1st and 4th year University students on the fundamentals of fitness.
