Hours of Boring Cardio Every Day 1000s of Back Breaking Crunches Every Day Low Calorie STARVATION Diets
WRONG!!!! By following the Awaken The Abs Within program, I WILL NOT put you on a starvation diet or make you do hours of cardio every day!

1. Understanding How and Why Body Fat Accumulates

Think about it. If you were a boxer, one of the major parts of your preparation is getting to know and understand how your opponent operates. Then and only then, can you use this knowledge to your advantage and achieve your goal of beating your opponent. It’s no different in your current health situation. Except your enemy is not another person. Who is the enemy in this case? BODY FAT!

In the Awaken The Abs Within e-book, you’ll be shocked when you read the section starting on page 10 about the top 3 fat fighting misconceptions. Too many people get this wrong when trying to lose fat, especially misconception #3.  In awaken the abs within I go into detail why combining a low calorie diet and EXCESSIVE cardio is NOT the most effective way to lose belly fat! Here’s another interesting thing about body fat…your body actually produces a form of fat cell that actually helps you burn fat! On page 13, I’ll teach you about this fat blasting fat cell and how to naturally create more of these in your body.

2. Controlling Your Body’s Hormones

Your hormones play a major role in creating a FAT BURNING or FAT STORING body.  On page 20, I show you a shocking comparison of how two different meals affect your body in polar opposite ways. One meal elicits the production of fat BURNING hormones and enzymes while the other meal (which the majority of people probably eat) elicit the production of fat STORING hormones and enzymes. Believe me, your hormones have a huge effect on this, especially a key hormone called insulin. On page 23 I show a simple to follow and easy to understand real life example of how the Spill Over Effect creates body fat storage. Once you see this example, it’ll change your perception of sugary foods forever! But what’s most important is…your daily choices can actually influence if your body is producing FAT STORING or FAT BURNING hormones. I will show you easy ways to make sure you are making the right choices that can actually manipulate and make these powerful fat burning hormones work in your favour.

3. BALANCED DIET

This the grand daddy of them all. One of my credo’s is Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. Your diet is responsible for 80% of your results when it comes to having a lean tight body. To properly burn body fat and build muscle, your body requires the right TYPES of food, the right QUANTITY of foods, at the RIGHT TIMES. On page 30 I describe my self-designed TQT principle to nutrition planning. I get into even more detail by telling you the exact types of fat burning foods to eat on page 45-50. These include foods high in protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Yes, healthy fats can actually help burn belly fat! But I don’t just give you a list…I also tell you which protein sources have the highest absorption levels. On page 35 and 40 I’ll show you the highest quality foods to focus on… including carbs that are ‘safe’ and won’t make you fat. On page 55 I show you how consuming more water can help you lose fat. Water just doesn’t mean drinking it from a tap. I show you other ways to consume water without actually drinking it from a glass.

I show you how to create your own sustainable meal plan that doesn’t starve you and doesn’t make you continuously eat the same boring foods over and over again. I show you how you can calculate your specific metabolic rate based on your own characteristics and lifestyle requirements. You can use this rate to calculate how many calories you should be eating every day to lose belly fat. Don’t worry, it’s easy to do. And I take you step by step on how to do this. You’ll probably be shocked at how much of the right foods you need to eat and how often you should be eating to lose fat. On page 61 I tell you why crash diets never work! I also give you a secret formula and examples of how to calculate how many of your calories should be coming from protein, from carbs, and fats. But don’t worry. You are not required to count calories on this program. These calculations are just to give you a rough ball park of where you need to be. On page 63 I talk about the final T in the TQT principle. It’s timing. Some foods should not be eaten later in the day. I’ll tell you which types of foods to avoid later in the evening. On page 69 I give you a table, of close to 200 foods with the amount of calories, protein, carbs, and fats that each food contains. You can use this table as a reference check.  I know this may seem a little overwhelming so that’s why on page 77 I give you a 7 day sample meal plan that will help people lose fat. This includes over 40 meals that are balanced to help create a fat burning hormonal and enzymatic response in the body. As mentioned before, these nutrition secrets, tips, and easy to follow steps will get you to lose belly fat guaranteed!

4. BOOST YOUR METABOLISM FOR LIFE

I reveal all kinds of secrets that will help speed up your metabolism. When I tell people about page #91 they usually look at me like I’m crazy. It details why eating smaller meals MORE OFTEN can actually burn more fat. Yes, you will never starve on this program. You may actually feel more satiated than you ever have before.

5. DETOX YOUR BODY FOR FAT LOSS
