WHO ELSE WANTS TO GET STARTED WITH ONGOING AND REAL HELP RECOVERING
FROM ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKS AND/OR AGORAPHOBIA?

Hi my name is Matthew Wagner and I am a former sufferer of anxiety,
panic attacks, and agoraphobia. If you are a sufferer of anxiety,
panic attacks and possibly agoraphobia then I am sure you are fully
aware of how frightening and delibitating it can be. I don't need to
elaborate on the symptoms. Rather my focus is on your recovery.

Although my struggle was long and difficult it resulted in a very
wonderful outcome. I sincerely mean that. I learned how to get better.
But that's not really the wonderful outcome: I hope to share with you
all that I learned along the way and all that I continue to learn.

After a long and painful struggle that forced me to do a vast and
thorough investigation into all options that we’re available to me
as an anxiety, panic attack, and agoraphobia sufferer, and after I
tested the options and did research into what others’ experiences
were with these various options, I discovered the .

But I also learned that recovery was NOT JUST ABOUT LEARNING THE CORE
PRINCIPLES but requires one to CARRY OUT THESE PRINCIPLES ON AN
ONGOING BASIS.

I came to see that all these core principles must be addressed on an
ongoing basis. However I also could find no approach that dealt with
this necessity, so I slowly and carefully developed a way to ensure
this happens.

I believe that recovery is in your grasp BUT that you must follow the
core principles on an ongoing basis. Often though folks are not aware
of these principles or seem unable to carry them out on a consistent
basis.

Do not despair though: Neither these principles nor the ongoing
carrying out of them has to be complicated or difficult because, as
stated, I have developed a way to do so: a Panic Attack Recovery
Membership.

A Panic Attack Recovery Membership is completely built on the core
principles and is specifically designed to faciliate your consistent
application of them.
