about me, your weight loss coaching program and what you can expect!

I am a lifestyle coach. I work with people who have serious health

allergies to milk that I started to change. I learned about what was
healthy and not so healthy to eat. Needless to say, I didn’t used to
eat so well. (Cheese fries and a milk shake were my idea of a balanced
meal)

As time went by, I learned that you could take almost any recipe and,
with a few quick changes, turn it into a healthy dish, without
compromising the flavor. (Yes, even the cheese fries and milk shake)!
I learned the value of consistent exercise. And the excess pounds came
off. It didn’t take a ton of work or sweat. It required implementing
knowledge that I had gained from extensive research. Today, I feel
(and look) better that I did when I was in my 20’s and 30’s. (I
recently turned 50)! I am vibrant and disease free. I take no
medications. I do things that many people who are only 30 can’t do
anymore. We recently moved and people were astounded at how much I
could lift and do to help move us into our new house. My husband
jokingly tells my son to make sure he marries “a bull” so she can
help with the heavy lifting. Doesn’t sound very flattering, but
it’s actually said with tons of love and admiration. He knows what I
was like and truly appreciates the changes that I’ve made.

strong or healthy, but I always think, “They’re stronger than me,
I could never carry that much extra weight all day long!”

_BUT THEY DIDN’T START OUT THAT WAY. _

Think about this: if you only gain ½ pound per month (can you even
measure that?), you will be 60 pounds heavier in 10 years. We all know
how quickly 10 years can slip by – seems like in the blink of an eye
these days. And how many times have we all said, “_I’ll start
tomorrow_”, or “_It’s just a pound or two, I can take that off
any time I want_”? If you’re one who’s ever said something like
that, you know the results: tight clothes, puffy cheeks, sagging skin,
someone staring back at you in the mirror that you don’t recognize.
