“Could It Be This Easy That You Land A Job With The Very First Company That Calls You For An Interview, And You Get Hired Even If You Are Not 100% Qualified, As If This Positions Was Waiting For You And Only You?”

The Answer Is “YES” ... If You Are Sick And Tired Of Going To Interviews And Not Ending Up With A Job; If You Can’t Stand Dealing With HR And Recruiters , And Answering Their Stupid Questions, And Just Want To Speak To The Person Who Makes Decisions At The Company; If You Want To Start Getting A Secure Paycheck, Instead Of Sending Out Tons Of Resumes For Months On End Only  To Be Still Looking For A Job 6 Months Later... Then This Will Be The Most Important Letter You Will Ever Read.

Dear Friend,

I have some important questions for you.
Do you ever feel so frustrated with the hiring process, HR and Recruiters that you feel like you are beating your head against the wall ... to the point where it makes you feel like you want to give up? Are you afraid that the clock is ticking and that when you go to an interview, the company already has someone in mind and they are just wasting your time?

Have you ever been in a situation when you went through the interview, but did not get a job, and did not know why and received no feedback?

Do you remember a time when you were going to an interview and had no clue what you would be asked?

Are you apprehensive about giving details about your reasons for leaving the last job?

Have you ever been fired and are afraid of talking about it in an interview, for the fear of its negative impact on you?

Are you worried about gaps in your employment, and how to explain them, and afraid that having them will disqualify you from the process?

Do you ever feel that you have already failed, before the interview even started?

Have you ever experienced anxiety about where you stand after the interview and not knowing what to expect and when?

Are you afraid of hearing that you are overqualified and don’t know how to demonstrate your worth for the company so you DO get hired?

Are you afraid of being not 100% qualified and don’t know how to present your skills so that you DO get hired? If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, then I have some important news for you...
The news is that you are NOT alone.

In fact, that list of questions was taken from reading literally hundreds and hundreds of questions from job seekers on social media, LinkedIn, job boards, forums, job search workshops, seminars, as well as personal conversations with clients, friends and family, and  also from my own personal experience.

I myself, already working in HR, but not yet in recruitment, came across frustrations and disappointments with the recruitment process. I came to a point, where I felt like giving up my career altogether.

Here is what happened. I failed to get a job when I thought I was fully qualified for it. The ironic thing here was that the position that I applied for was created based on what I was already doing. My performance was highly regarded by my mangers. I even  had input into the design of the new job.  That’s why I was certain I was going to get it. At the interview, when I did not have an answer for one question, I still had no doubt that the job was mine, and that the interview was a pure formality.

I was shocked when someone else, who did not have direct experience as I did, was hired instead.

I was devastated.

My manager, afterwards, told me that it was not my most stellar interview and that that cost me my new job.  I simply did not say what they wanted to hear.

You see, this process works like a machine.

It’s not enough to have the skills and experience, and to demonstrate excellent performance, you have to be able to speak about those skills and experience in a way that gets you the job.

It was an eye opening experience for me.  I realized that I could not take even my exemplary performance as a guarantee for getting a new job. And that I still had to be prepared for the interview up to my eyeballs.

Later on, when I became a recruiter, and learnt to see the hiring process from the other side. I realised why I got the jobs that I did get, and why I missed the other opportunity.

How To Land A Job From The First Time You Are Invited For The Interview

As a result of my experience, and after having interviewed hundreds of people and seeing how the recruitment process works from the inside, I developed a method of preparation for interviews that each candidate MUST learn. If you want to be landing jobs from the first time you are invited to an interview, you MUST learn this method too.

Simply put, if you use this method, you will be confident that your answers hit the bull’s eye with the employer.  And you will be able to give answers  that the employer needs and wants to hear.

On the other hand if you fail to use this method, it will hurt your chances of landing a job, you will end up in a vicious cycle of job search where you go to interviews and don’t land the job, keep looking for a job for months on end, frustrated that no one understands how valuable you are, no matter how qualified and skilled you are.

Here are the key points from this method:

The first and most critical mistake that many candidates make is thinking that interview and hiring process is about them and their skills and experience.  They do not realise that it is equally important, if not most important, is to be able to connect the dots for the employer HOW your skills and experience relate to the employer’s business.

Many people also fail to understand that interview, no matter how a friendly and informal is still a business transaction. And as a business transaction it has its own rules. Even when you are speaking about yourself this still requires preparation.  The personal part typically seen as the easy part of the interview, because what can be easier than talking about yourself.  But the reality is that if you don’t deliver the RIGHT information, in the RIGHT manner, you may get disqualified from the process right at that point.  And you won’t be able to redeem yourself later during the meeting, because the first impression has already mired your image.

Getting The Introductory Questions RIGHT Is Key To Succeeding At The Interview

One of the key things that I teach in my method is how to prepare for the introductory  interview  questions. And here I want to give you a quick tip how to answers questions about your biography, so that they set you up for success for the rest of the interview.

Your answers to introductory questions should consist of 7-10 sentences that include:

             1.   information about your education, skills and experience;

             2.   reason why you are interested in the position;

             3.    and how it fits in with the rest of your career plan; (Pay attention to this one in                      particular, because it gives the employer the assurance that you want to stick around for a while.)

            4.     as well as why you want to leave your current position or already left you last one.

The second big mistake is not having ready answers for all the questions. This causes you difficulty in coming up with an answer on the spot and diminishes your chances of getting the job, as you appear unprepared.  And from the employer’s prospective that shows lack initiative and care.

You Don’t Need To Know Everything That You Will Be Asked At An Interview To Successfully Answer All The Questions

To be prepared to answer any question about your experience and skills you need to come up with only a few stories or situations from your past jobs that link your skills and experience to job requirements of the position your are applying for.

To make sure that you are ready to answer the questions and that they make sense, you need to know those stories not only in your head, but also rehearse them with friends or family.  This will ensure that you are not missing anything and your story is clear and understandable.

The third biggest mistake is not being able to deliver the right information in an articulate way, so that the other person, that is the hiring manager, understands how your skills can be applied to their job.

To do that you need to make sure that when answering questions you follow a specific structure that allows the other person easily follow your logic and where you are going with your answer.  This positions you as qualified person they are looking for.

How Do I Know That This Method Will Work For You?

Because when I used this method, I always landed jobs on the first try. Additionally, when I was a recruiter, I saw that the same techniques were used by successful candidates. My clients, who also used these same techniques, landed jobs in a matter of weeks, and sometimes, days.

As an experienced Certified Human Resources Professional, I  know “behind the scenes” processes that affect recruitment and in turn job seekers. I will reveal the secrets of what is expected from you, if you want to make the right impression, so that you get the job.

Also, I recruited for large and small corporations. I know requirements that recruiters are dealing with when looking to fill a position. These requirements are the same regardless of the industry or position level.  I personally recruited professionals from IT industry, administrative personnel, healthcare, financial, consulting and engineering professionals, and others at levels as diverse as entry level and all the way to VPs.

And How Do I Know That This Method Will Keep Working In The Future?

Interviews have been around forever.   Because interview is a staple of the hiring process, it’s not going to go away any time soon.

Also the recruitment process is not getting any more personal.  As we get more and more technology to “help” employers deal with the influx of candidates, the more the process is becoming automate and faceless. I personally know of companies that developed technology where candidates call an answering machine and answer questions into a recording.  A recruiter then listens to the recording and chooses the finalist.  If this is what’s coming for interviews in the near future, then my methods of how to prepare correct answers, is becoming simply a survival kit if you ever want to be working again.

When I was working as a recruiter and when I coached  my clients before interviews, I realised that many excellent professionals, with skills and experience have  confusion and misunderstanding, about what it is that they have to do and say in an interview.

The reality is that most candidates sometimes have no understanding at all as to what makes them hireable and how to make that happen.

When I realised that, I became determined to share my knowledge with the world, so that more people can have an easy time getting jobs and avoid hassles and frustrations associated with looking for a job.

And now...I want to share my method with YOU.

You are going to learn some secrets and strategies of creating answers that employers want to hear at the interview. After reading and working through the book, you will be able to be ready for any interview and any questions in less than an hour.

We are going to focus on critical skills of creating clear and concise answers that deliver the most relevant to employer information.

You are going to learn at LEAST 15 ways of how to come across as the RIGHT candidate that the employer wants to HIRE,  as well as what and how to say, what not to say at an interview, what to do at the end of the interview, how not to hurt your chances by following up.

You will also learn the importance of pre-screen, and how to ensure that you don’t get disqualified early in the process.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg...

Here Are A Few More Of The Important And Exciting Things You’ll Learn In This Book:
Have you ever been in a situation when you applied for many positions, and lost all hope to get any call backs, and finally a recruiter called you.  And you were not prepared.  You were in the middle of doing something, you did not know what position they were calling about, where your resume was and what salary you wanted. Well, you will get a step by step guide on how to handle recruiters’ call, so that they will be calling you back with an invitation for an interview.

Salary questions are tricky, because typically it’s advisable not to discuss salary until the end of the hiring process. And a lot of people don’t know what’s the appropriate thing to day so they don’t hurt their chances of getting a job.  In the book you will learn two most critical things you need to know about how to answer salary questions successfully and without nerves.

You also will learn an exact script of what to say to a recruiter and how to leave phone messages so that the recruiter will not misplace your number and information.

How to present yourself to the employer so that from the start they feel you are one of them and would naturally fit in with the group.

Deadly interview mistakes that can cause you a job opportunity and how to avoid them.

How to create a coherent story that shows the employer how your experience will benefit their company, so that they buy it.

Questions to ask HR personnel that will further your candidacy, and which questions to avoid asking them.

Questions to ask hiring managers that will show them that you are eager and interested in becoming a model employee.

How to create template answers that will allow you to prepare for any interview in no time flat.  You will know how what you say at an interview is perceived by the person you are speaking with and how to tailor your answers in each situation.

You will also learn how to speak in the employer’s language so that you get on the same page as them.

You will have access to 150 most commonly asked interview questions.

You will learn how to deal with absurd questions that you sometimes get at interviews.

The correct attitude that will help you withstand rejection and keep positive attitude.

You will also learn many recruiter hints.

How to use 4 common question groups that you get asked at interviews to simplify your interview prep.

You will learn skills that will serve you for any future interview and life situations.

I will also share what to expect at the interviews .

How to create the best first impression regardless of the company and the position you are applying for.

The number ONE QUALITY most recruiters screen for and how to excel at it.

You will discover 4 core things that you need to hit in your answers to make sure you are understood the way you want to.

All possible ways that you can be evaluated as a candidate.

Why you still need to answer even stupid interview questions and how to answer them.
How Do You Know If This Book Is For You?

If you are an executive or a senior level manager, with experience in hiring and interviewing, then this book may not be for you.  I imagine, since you have reached the high level of your career, you already know how to present your experience in the right way.

Also, if you are in the middle of your career, but already get job offers left, right and center, and recruiters and employers are falling over themselves to get you in the door, then you probably won’t benefit much from buying this book.

Or, if you are the only person in the whole world who knows how to invent “footwear that makes you run like a kangaroo”, it’s probably not the book for you either. Basically, if you are so specialised in your field, that there is practically no competition for your skills, then regardless of what you say in an interview, you’d still get hired.

Also, if you are a recent MBA graduate, who, from my pleasant experience, are almost interview pros, there nothing else to add to what you already know and do at interviews. May be just a couple of hints.

Also, if you a litigator in training, lawyer, or a professional marketer or speech writer, then you already know the ins and outs of how to create winning arguments. And I won’t teach anything new that you already don’t know.

Also, if you currently are in a job that you know for sure you will stay in for the rest of your life, and there is absolutely no chance of ever getting fired or laid-off, and that you will never again have to go through an interview, then this certainly will be a waste of your time.

BUT...if you are like the rest and most of us, and planning to be in the workforce for your entire career, then having these skills will come up over and over again, every few years.

You Can Look Forward To Having To Face Recruiters And Hiring Managers Many Times Throughout Your Working Life

Current research shows that those who are in the workforce right now, will have on average 12 jobs in their lifetime. That means more than at LEAST 12 interviews during your working life.  And considering there is usually more than one interview for each job, the number doubles or even triples.  This makes having good interviewing skills a lifetime necessity.

Also, if you have just arrived in North America and are unfamiliar with employment and recruitment practices, then this book is an absolute MUST for you.  I have come across many newcomers, highly educated and professional, who are having difficulties to find use for their extensive experience.  Mainly because they don’t know how to fit into the local work environment.

If you are a newcomer, you, most likely, have come across the frustrating comment that you don’t have North American experience.  And that’s why you were not hired. It’s not so much the professional experience that is questioned here, but more so the soft skills.  That is your communication, how you deal with conflict and coworkers, and how you position yourself during the interview.

I know this is totally unfair and frustrating.  I myself come from an immigrant family.  And although I did not have to deal with these issues myself, since I was educated here, my mother certainly did. And I know the pressure that it puts on the family.

From my professional experience in HR, it was very common not to hire people without North American experience because it was thought that it could create tension due to cross–cultural differences.  Also because candidates did not demonstrate their skills and experience  in an acceptable to a North American employer way.

My book will show you how to position yourself in the North American work environment so that your lack of local experience will not be perceived as a shortcoming.

This book is also for those who have been laid-off after working for the same company for many years.  If this is your case, you probably did not have to go through interviews recently.  You stayed at the company because it worked for you and you were happy there.  You were not looking for changes. And if you have not been to many interviews in the last few years, most likely your interview skills are a bit outdated.  And even if you were successful in the past with interviews, if you don’t practice those skills all the time, you get rusty.

This book will serve as a refresher and will teach you new skills to prepare you to tackle a new career.

Also, if you are in the middle of a career change, or are changing fields or industries, this book is a MUST READ for you, as it show how to demonstrate your transferable skills in the new setting. It is highly important for you to learn how to do this, because you don’t have experience in the new field or career.

Even if you have taken second career courses and got diplomas for the new field, it is very challenging to make the transition. And it’s of paramount important, if you want to land a job, to show transferability of skills from previous careers.  And being a recruiter, I know that the majority of people who change fields don’t do it successfully.  That’s why they find it difficult to move into the new chosen direction.

Also, if you are looking for a promotion, and you actually have to apply for a new position, you have to remember that your excellent performance and experience is never a guarantee that you will be hired.  You still have to perform at the interview.  Never treat it as a simple formality.

Lastly, if you are self-employed, and for some reasons you are looking for a job to supplement your income, or you want to move back into the work force, then this book will show you the best and easiest way of how to present your entrepreneurial skills in the work force.

When I was writing this book, I wanted to make it as close to personal coaching and training as possible in terms of insight.

But this book gives you even more benefit than what you would get with personal coaching elsewhere.  If you were to get interview coaching with a resume writing and interview coaching firm, you would be coached for one interview specifically, the one you are going to soon.  This type of coaching does not develop long lasting skills on how to tackle any interview question in any position.  Because they focus on how to show off what’s in your resume.

By using this book, you, on the other hand, will develop a framework  of HOW to approach ANY job interviews, that will help you in your job search at any point in your life.

You will also learn long lasting skills for answering ANY interview question for ANY position.

Because this is an eBook, you can have unlimited copies of it, to take with you on your Kindle, iPod, iPhone, Blackberry or, even on an MP3 player.

You can share it with your family and friends.

You will also save hours of interview preparation time by using our Quick Reference Guide and Templates to refresh what you have learnt from the book.

To make it easier and more usable for you, especially if you rushing for an interview, I have created a Quick Reference Guide that you can use on the go.  This guide consists of quintessential information from the entire book, that covers everything that you need to know and prepare for the interview, but in a very condensed form.  Think of it as a Twitter form of an Interview Guide: concise and informative.

If you were to get the same information from  one-on-one coaching, this would cost you close to $500. The best part is you don’t have to go to a coaching and spend $500 on interview prep. You don’t even have to wait for this book to come in the mail, or drive to a store to get it.  You can download it to your computer and start using it right now for only $37.97.
