My name is Sean Kelly. I’m a NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I help people get lean, strong and healthy permanently. For close to 20 years I have been researching and discovering exactly why most us are becoming so uncontrollably fat and unhealthy.

Along the way, I have discovered that unfortunately, most of our teachers, dieticians, authors, doctors, scientists and even our governments have not been honest with us.

For most of my life, I was really fat and out of shape. I am one of us, not one of them. Why I wrote this

I talk with different people all the time about diet and exercise. These people all have one thing in common; they are all attempting to get into better shape. The people I chat with are from all walks of life but are most often professional folks - judges, doctors, scientists, teachers, lawyers, students and business people.

What is amazing is that most of the plans people are following lack a logical premise.
