FIND A QUIET SPACE NOW.

_If you don't have a quiet space make one later. Fill that room with
the things that you love, flowers, perfumes, scents, books, magazines,
music, soft pillows and subdued lighting with soft window shades.
Airconditioned or at least a fan circulating air. If you do not have
that room do this another time NOT NOW._

Put your feet up on a stool higher than your hips and stretch out
your legs.

Take a deep breath and hold it for 5 seconds and gradually let it out
through your mouth. Do this inhaling and exhalation ten times. EYES
SHUT.

Focus on something good and pleasant. A holiday place, a lovely
garden, etc.

Concentrate on breathing slowly and calmly.

Feel your pulse slow down gradually.

Hold your palms out open and facing upwards.

Spend ten minutes in this space.

Come out of it when you feel ready to face the next challenge
refreshed.

Learn to regularly go to this 'place' whether it is your quiet space
at home or at the office.

Next plan to regularly give yourself treats. A spa in your bath or
spa bath. Bubbles, scents etc. Music and peace. Don't keep telling
yourself that you don't deserve it. You do, every precious soul needs
a place to contemplate their existence.

Have regular facials, massages and foot spas. Even if you do them
yourself.

Have a professional advise you on your make-up and fashion.

Upgrade your lingerie and night dress into something slinky and
pretty.

Have your hair fashioned in a modern design and flattering styles and
colour.

Enrol in a night class to encourage your networking and friends.

Clean and floss your teeth daily!

Wear deodorant and a pretty smelling eau de cologne.

Put pretty flowers in vases, even if they are silk flowers.

Meditate- pray in a quiet place, Psalms in the Bible is very
encouraging to find hope if things are pretty rundown. Or you may have
some other inspirational books to read for a few minutes and reflect
upon.

Getting the idea? If we don't look after ourselves, we can't really
expect the bonuses in life can we?

Begin to take stock of your issues. If overweight, get out your
walking shoes and walk half an hour a day.

If depressed join a group and get involved as well as take quality
supplements, which I can recommend to you in the ebook, as well as

linger on for than a couple of days, see your doctor, but also seek
