“Ten Things Everybody Ought To Know About Abs and Fat Loss”

You must know the following facts if you plan to burn fat and see your Abs:

1.  A healthy body is synergistic with a healthy mind- when you focus on the positives in your life instead of the negatives, this brings positve outcomes and helps you avoid pitfalls and energy-tapping negativity. When you show others how to do this, it effects your life and your desired results exponentially. Everyone has this ability in them somewhere- use it for your best body ever.

2.  It’s not so much what you do but how you do it that will melt off the belly fat and expose six-pack Abs in record time! You may have “lifted weights” or run from time to time. How you perform these activities however is what excels or limits your efforts . This could be the reason that great results escape so many runners and gym-goers.

3.   We were all born with different genetics thus respond differently to exercise and various foods. You have a specific body type and once you know what that is, it’s much easier to scale your fitness strategy to your specific needs and goals; this mean faster results. You can and will maximize your genetics for optimal results!

4.   Supplements are just what they sound like- including the 5% that are actually worth something. They supplement your already existing fitness and nutrition plan. Never the other way around. The problem is- most of them offer no benefit what so ever and are a complete waste of your money. How do I know? I’ve been a paid professional to appear in some of their campaigns. Find out what works and what to avoid.

5.   Over-priced infomercial gadgets rarely work. In my opinion you can’t give most of them away. You simply don’t need a cheaply-made Ab gizmo to build muscle or shred Abs- your own body is the machine!  Many of these hokie contraptions also include regular “cardio” and resistance training regimen. Even the manufacturers know they don’t work; don’t waste your time and money!

6.   Some items in the “health” food industry are actually still just over-processed, unnatural junk food that is only being marketed as healthy and can kill your results.  The fast food market is also now in on this. Find out which foods accelerate fat-loss and know what to avoid at all costs.

7.   Boring and torturous cardio sessions on the treadmill don’t achieve ultimate results and carve out a sexy set of Abs! Correct resistance training movements in a specific sequence do in a fraction of the time. Many of them require nothing more than your own body weight. Program your body to burn fat around the clock.

8.   Endless repetitions of ill-performed crunches and sit-ups are never effective choices for burning fat and achieving a six-pack. Learn what really gets your metabolism cranked up with unique resistance training methods that burn fat like a furnace- 24 hours a day.

9.   Models on the covers of fitness magazines are rarely in that kind of shape year’ round. Training methods vary and some of those models use less-than-healthy tactics to achieve that look. How do I know? I’ve been on my share of fitness magazine covers- learn the truth about “depletion training” and how the pros keep that photo-ready look within reach.

10.   Fitness models on infomercials have rarely even seen let alone use the product to get in top shape. They practice real training and nutritional “secrets” (just powerful methods) to get in photo-ready shape. I should know; I started out being hired to appear on such infomercials. Learn insider information and don’t be fooled.

The bottom line is: To be in “shape” and see your abs you simply must increase your metabolism-  program your body to do it around the clock and not just while you exercise. There are effective ways to do this; the tactics you have found on this website will have your mind and body trained for rapid fat loss in your sleep- believe it!

These are just some of the health and fitness industry realities that many fail to understand or even know about. Of the many industries that we as consumers are over marketed or lied to about, fitness ranks as one of the worst. Knowledge is definitely power and can save you valuable time, money and ultimately your quality of life.

After all, how many bodies do we get in this life? Right, let’s make it your best. Let’s fuel it with the best foods, maintain it with the most effective methods out there and ignore all the marketing hype that only thins your bank account and possibly could hurt your long-term health.
