Attention BJJ Fighters Looking for The Immediate Edge

"Finally, a BJJ Conditioning Program that is Guaranteed to Improve
Your On-the-Mat Fitness, Power, Posture, and Pressure...Eliminate the
Slow and Week. Start Owning the Mat..."

Oi Amigo,

This webpage is going to make a lot of fighters and trainers nervous.

Why? Simply because this message is going to go against the core
training principles of several of the countries top BJJ academies. Not
only that but it is going to help you magnify leverage, agility,
strength, power and mobility. That’s what BJJ is all about.

Are you ready?

Ok then, let’s train.

My name is Jason C. Brown. I am a internationally acclaimed
kettlebell training expert and for the past 8 years I have specialized
in helping BJJ players just like you get into the best shape of their
lives. During this time I have coached over 87 professional and
recreational BJJ athletes. What I have discovered from working with
these BJJ athletes (probably people just like you) is that the
‘popular’ training and conditioning options they were using before
working with me weren’t helping them be a better fighter (and in
some cases it was making them a worse).

Here are the four main categories that I found.

One-Bodybuilding (a.k.a. All show-no-go): This type of training has
nothing to do with performance. I’m sure you’ve trained with this
type of guy, he looks great with his shirt off, makes sure he walks
around your academy bare-chested 97% of the time but once the rolling
starts, his face turns beet red and he’s done before the timer hits
the 2 minute mark. Sound familiar? The problem is big muscles don’t
automatically translate to big throws.

Two- 1000 reps per day club: I’m sure you’ve seen this program.
Just pick obscure Indian exercises and perform them for upwards of
1000 repetitions per day….or until your shoulders and knees give out
due to repetitive stress and monotony. While this type of training
will condition you to do lots of push ups, I’ve seen plenty of
people who train this way have their BJJ careers cut short due to
shoulder and knee pain from worn out joints.

Three- All-muscle-all-the-time: This is a very close cousin, maybe
even a brother to Bodybuilding method. At least in the bodybuilding
method most people will actually perform some light cardio and throw
in a quick stretch prior to getting on the treadmill.

Not so with the All-muscle-all-the-time methodology. I’m sure
you’ve had the pleasure of training with guys that belong to this
school. You can tell who they are simply because they kick you in the
head while working on triangles and arm bars from the guard. No
mobility training, no conditioning and no movement…just muscle. _If
you can defend for more than 30 seconds you’ll be fine._

Four- “Just Roll Man”: BJJ alone is a great way to stay in shape
but eventually you’ll need to add some additional training to
support your body and make continual progress in BJJ. If all you do is
more rolling, overuse injuries are sure to happen and you’ll be on
the sideline or very limited in your training. You need to do some
other form of training to balance out your body and help reduce
overuse injuries. Doing more BJJ only adds more stress onto stress.

Let Me Tell You A Story About Two BJJ Players I Know...

Phil and Vinnie are recreational BJJ athletes, they grab a noon
class whenever they can and they train hard during that class, but
they both knew that their conditioning was holding them back from
making steady progress in their BJJ. Phil approached me about working
with him and helping him develop a conditioning plan. Phil had a good
kettlebell skill set but we added some finer details, enhanced some
techniques and created some workouts that he could do at home.

Phil was always a tough training partner but after he added our
Kettlebell Training for BJJ techniques it became impossible to keep
him in my guard or to pin him. He simply gets up whenever he wants to
get up. His movements on the mat are much sharper and quicker, adding
a power to his game that wasn’t there before.

Now Vinnie, Vinnie’s still stuck in the traditional weight training
mindset....3 sets of 10 followed by 3 sets of 10 followed by 3 sets of
10. He looks great and looks like he would be a terror on the mat but
all that muscle doesn’t help him ounce. In fact, it holds him back!

I’ve known Vinnie for 3 years and his game is exactly the same and
he STILL gets exhausted after a few minutes of sparring. All those
hours he spends in the gym do nothing except make him slower, weaker
and easier to beat.

You may be wondering...

Is there anything you can do avoid those same mistakes, get stronger,
more mobile and have more endurance on the mat?

There has to be a better way right?

There has to be a way that’s enjoyable while at the same time
having a direct and positive impact to your BJJ performance.

There is, but let me ask you a few questions first.

I’ve worked with a lot of BJJ players and what I’ve discovered
from our conversations is that they want 4 things…

_Are these the same for you?_

* You want to get the most out of your body!
* You want to get the most out of your training, on AND off the mat.

* You want your training to compliment your BJJ and not take away
from it or hinder it in anyway.
* You want the greatest impact for your time and energy investment
when you actually get to train.

Look, I know why you got into BJJ, you love the action, you love the
flow, you love the movement and the excitement.

BUT NONE OF THE ABOVE PROGRAMS OFFER WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR.

So…after 8 years of testing, fine-tuning and optimization I’ve
created a very successful and unique approach for BJJ conditioning,
it’s called Kettlebell Training for BJJ 2.0!

I’ve dedicated Kettlebell Training for BJJ for you, and all the BJJ
players and martial artists who want the kettlebell training
information and workouts at a price you can afford in a language you
can understand.

I just want to quickly explain why I created this program.

There are 3 big reasons why actually.

* Budget Friendly. Kettlebell Training for BJJ is an online coaching
course where I take you step-by-step through over 68 of the most
potent and effective kettlebell exercises specifically designed for
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition, you’ll have access to 6 weeks of
kettlebell workouts and circuits specifically designed with your BJJ
performance and fitness in mind.

* Precise Kettlebell Training Information. Rather than force you to
read a million pages of information and watch several DVDs, these
video coaching lessons focus on the specific details that you can
apply immediately in your own kettlebell and BJJ training.

* Easy to understand. It’s my sincere desire to rid the strength
and conditioning field of industry-jargon Gobbledegook that’s meant
to impress you but only serves to stroke the ego of many coaches
without helping you one bit.

Each module within Kettlebell Training for BJJ is strategically
designed in such a way that you’ll quickly see results

* Short and Easy to Digest- Each video lesson is 2-3 minutes long
and contains nothing but meat. There is a very real problem currently
with information overload. Each lesson is brief but comprehensive so
you can quickly watch it and put into practice.

* Includes a weekly Kettlebell Training for BJJ workout. You’ll be
given a 6 weeks of kettlebell workouts or flows to complete. Each
kettlebell workout is easily adjustable for your fitness level and
will not require any additional training tools except your kettlebell
and your bodyweight. You’ll be able to download each workout so you
can follow along anywhere at anytime. Using the power of video you can
follow along with me as I go through each workout with you.

P.S. I’m sure you have some questions about Kettlebell Training for
BJJ 2.0  so I’ll do my best to answer them here.

1. HOW MANY KETTLEBELLS WILL I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
You will  need two (2) kettlebells for some of the exercises within
this program. They do not need to be kettlebells of the same size.

2. WHAT SIZE KETTLEBELLS DO I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM ?
That is completely up to your own fitness and strength levels.
However, there is no need for a heavy kettlebell. A light to moderate
weight kettlebell will be fine. Having a small menu of kettlebells is
always better but men do not need anything heavier than a 24kg or 53lb
kettlebell. Women will be fine with anything 16kg kettlebell or less.

3. WILL I NEED ANY OTHER TRAINING EQUIPMENT?
No, you will not need any other training equipment. Every kettlebell
training for BJJ workout is a bodyweight and kettlebell combination.
No other training tools are included.

4. HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
This is a great question. Most workouts can be done on the size of a
yoga mat. You will need a high ceiling for some of our power exercises
that are performed standing.

5.HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
This is another great question. Once you master all of the kettlebell
exercises within this program, your workouts will range from 15- 35
minutes depending on your fitness level. Each workout is easily
adjustable to your own fitness level and the time you have available.

NOTE: No physical products will be shipped. After you place your
order, you will gain INSTANT ACCESS to the members area. The video
modules are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for viewing in the
members area at bjjworkouts.com
