Hello, with you Oleg Petrov from Russia. If is more exact from
republic
Kareliya, surprising edge rich with woods, lakes and fresh air.
In student's years I was fond of cooking, to be exact gathering of
unique
recipes and time and again surprised the classmates, that or other
dish.
Already at mature age, having many friends in Finland, Germany and
the former countries of the Soviet union received requests will share
that or other recipe.
And here once one of my friends has advised, to make the collection
of recipes of Russian cuisine and this work has carried away me.
The fruit of research was the first book in the series Russian
Cuisine - "Russian cuisine. Popular recipes of snack"
