and the level of intensity for each enumerated practice. At the end of
that one-week period, the user can view an analysis of that week for
hours spent on practice in each category with those hours broken-down
by the three types of intensity Light, Moderate and Vigorous. If the
actual practice differed significantly from the schedule, adjustments
can be made at the end of the week before beginning the new week.
Percentages are computed and applied to express the hours under each
type of intensity to the total hours for that particular category.
The other major section is the log of usage of dietary supplements
and/or medication. The end-user can enter up to a total of 30
different dietary supplements and/or medications for tracking over a
week and to carry that tracking forward into subsequent weeks, thereby
maintaing a record of perpetual usage and quantities on-hand. It is
also worth noting that an alert is generated whenever any supplement
or medication reaches less than 25% of full content. The following
