I hear this one a lot from the ladies and unfortunately this myth still permeates through society. The truth is that there is no such thing as “toning up.” Muscles can only grow or shrink. Since women don’t have large amounts of testosterone their muscles grow much smaller than the men when subjected to exercise. This reason along with some other factors (which I get into in detail in the strength section) lends to the appearance that women’s muscles “tone up” instead of grow large when certain types of workouts are followed.  The exercise system in this program will not give you big, manly looking muscles! You will get strong, lean and sexy. And by the way ladies, dieting only or dieting and performing lots of cardio rarely results in an attractive physique.
