Dear Friend,

It's crazy!

The entire fat loss dieting "thing" is really out of control, as you
probably agree. But I couldn't believe it. At first I didn't think too
much about it. Until it hit me at the least expected place, when...

...Years back I met my new neighbor friends (Tony and Jane) that
lived right across from me. That was in my days of apartment life and
being single (but that's another story). Although I didn't know them
very well they were both really nice people.

But one day, lucky for me, they invited me over for dinner. And wow
could Jane cook like a chef. Or at least I thought so, since boiling
water was beyond my cooking expertise. If you know what I mean.

And yes I made a pig of myself. I ate as much food as I could. It
was like eating a Thanksgiving meal, you know.

Then I noticed something interesting about Jane. She was EATING THE
AMOUNT OF FOOD THAT WOULD MAKE A BIRD WEAK from starvation. You know,
she ate a small bite of this and a few bites of that.

But that was not the real interesting part that raised my eyebrow.
What was so surprising to me (at the time) was that Jane was
"overweight".

I THOUGHT TO MYSELF, \"HOW CAN JANE BE OVERWEIGHT YET SHE IS BARELY

when the amount of calories eaten was so low. I'm not sure if you
know. I always thought that there was 3500 calories in one pound of

So IF that's really true. Than if you're eating LESS than 3500
calories you SHOULD BE LOSING WEIGHT. That's one pound of fat weight
loss to be exact.

losing weight only seems to happen on paper.

Yeah, I agree with you. I think that's weird too. But what's even

Let's see if we have that right. Someone eats less calories which
results in burning fat and losing weight (as you would expect). Yet
someone else (like Jane) eats less calories and does NOT burn fat and
