The Truth about all Workout Programs

There are a TON of workout programs for building muscle out there.
The _truth..._well, they all have the _potential _to help you build
muscle mass and lose fat, so they all work to some degree. However,
another truth that many do not want you to know is that there's really
no such thing as _the best_ workout program. Why? Because your body
will eventually adapt. You see, everything has the _potential _to
work, but it may not work for long.

What I'm NOT going to do is give you pages of long winded statements
filled with mere _hype_ as to why The Muscle Program is better than
any other program. But I will tell you that your muscles will not have
a chance to adapt on this program.

In fact, I would even encourage you to try out different programs
and see what works best for you. But before you go looking into any
workout program, be mindful of advertisements filled with _hype _ and
_outrageous _ claims. The bottom line is if you put your best effort
into The Muscle Program, you will get bigger, and you will get
stronger. You may also learn new techniques and variations that you
didn't know before, and you simply will not plateau during these next
12 weeks.

Plain, Simple...Raw

I'm now going to give you what I like to call the meat and potatoes
of what The Muscle Program is, as well as what it is not. What it is
NOT may turn some away, and that's ok. You see, there are many who are
searching for _microwave_ results with _minimal _ effort. They want an
easy way out. Well, in this game, there is no easy way out. There's no
substitute for hard work and raw determination, unless you have freaky
genetics or are on _roids_. But even then, it still takes consistency
and intense discipline to get bodybuilder type results. _THIS HAS TO
BECOME A PART OF WHO YOU ARE; IT MUST BECOME A LIFESTYLE_. Like most
things in life, you will get out of it what you put into it.

What The Muscle Program is NOT

First, let me tell you what The Muscle Program is NOT (this may even
detour some, but again, that's ok):

- The Muscle Program is NOT for beginners; this is designed for
people with intermediate to advanced training experience (it's
recommended that you've been hitting the weights for at least a year
and have some common knowledge of weight training).

- The Muscle Program is NOT something you can do at home. Unless you
have a state of the art gym at home, and I'm not talking about one of
those _multi-station cable machines_ that people hang their laundry
on, you need to be a member of a real gym.

- The Muscle Program does NOT contain _numerous wasteful_ pages of
fluff. Simply put, this program is in the form of a PDF file that
contains a cover page, a disclaimer, and 20 pages that consist of
detailed workouts, printable charts, and solid information and tips to
help you achieve a muscular physique. I don't want you spending a week
reading through _page fillers_ trying to figure out what to do. I want
you to start the program, and start getting results.

- The Muscle Program is NOT _easy _! This is NOT one of those deals
where you can workout for 20 minutes 3 times a week and get huge or
ripped. Sorry folks, but you believe that, then you've got issues
that...well, you just have issues. Some of the claims and
advertisements out there are just plain _ridiculous_ and _misleading_.

- The Muscle Program does NOT include a bunch of _funky_ exercises
that you've never heard of before. You should already be familiar with
most of the exercises. The differences you'll see are the variations
and techniques used.

- The Muscle Program does NOT contain any _outrageous_, _unrealistic
claims_ that you will gain a certain amount of muscle or lose a
certain amount of body fat within a particular time period. The
results you get will depend on how bad you want them.

What Exactly is The Muscle Program?

The Muscle Program is a 12 week weight lifting program in which you
will change your routine every 2 weeks. This doesn't mean the entire
regimen will change, as there are some core exercises you need to be
consistent with to build muscle mass. However, there will be subtle
modifications regarding exercises, sets/reps, techniques and frequency
of your workouts. This program is geared towards _continuously
building solid muscle mass and strength_.

workouts will change every 2 weeks)

The Muscle Program is _straight-forward_ and is broken down into a
simple, easy to understand form. If you're consistent with this
program and train like you mean it, there's no doubt that you will get
results. And not only will you be _bigger _and _stronger_, but you'll

goals.

My Story

First of all, it's obvious that I'm not a professional bodybuilder,
but as you can see, I'm also not some skinny dude trying to sell you
something I know nothing about.

I started lifting weights when I was about 15 but couldn't seem to
gain weight to save my life. Back then, all I had were a rusty old
bench and some of those plastic cement filled weights that were
falling apart. Remember those? Well, I graduated high school in 1993
at a measly 135 lbs, at 5'10. And because I had always been small and
weak, I got picked on throughout most of my childhood. Man, did that
suck! But even through the times when I wanted to throw in the towel,
something inside me told me to keep pushing.

It wasn't until my mid-20s when I started putting on some real
muscle mass, hitting the 200 lb mark. I was lifting heavy and eating
everything in sight. Now this may not sound like a big deal to some,
but from where I came from, this was like living a dream. I had
learned the importance of intense training, discipline and
consistency. The Muscle Program is a product of my own trial and error
as well as humbling myself to always be a student of those who know
more and have more experience than I do. It is also a product of my
passion.

Whereas I admire every aspect of bodybuilding and keep up with the
pros, I've never really had the desire to compete (who knows, maybe
someday). My place in this sport is simply doing what I love, and
that's helping people reach goals they once thought were unattainable.


I will always push my body to it's limits, and will do this for the
rest of my life, and whether you purchase The Muscle Program or not, I
want to encourage you to do the same. The ability we have to train is
a God given ability; almost like a super power. And I know when you
leave the gym after an intense session you really do feel like a super
hero ready to take on the world!
