Hi Chris,
Just writing in to let you know that your book is awesome. I also
enjoyed all of the other freebies you included, especially all of the
how-to exercise videos because I’m more of a visual person. Good
stuff really. Your meal plans actually worked out and were different
enough that I didn’t get bored.
Pretty tasty stuff that pretty much satisfied my hunger. The
exercises are awesome and actually kinda fun. I also like your mental
motivation techniques to stick with it. It’s only been about A
MONTH, but I’ve lost 23 POUNDS which is crazy. MY BEER BELLY HAS
DISAPPEARED AND I’M STARTED TO SEE MY ABS. I think I’ll have a
six-pack in about another month. That’s pretty much it for now.
