When asked “what foods make you lose weight?”, I found the real

WOMEN AND WEIGHT LOSS
Many women tell me they feel they have been _battling an invisible
enemy_, something internal that’s preventing them from achieving their
vision of success.
Men have ruled the fitness world and ignored the fact that women’s
bodies are fundamentally different in their _response_ to diet and
exercise. Because most exercise is based on training for sports and it
is mostly men who partake in sports, the world of western fitness have
been developed mainly by and for men.

Women have a hormonal cycle that adds a layer of confusion and
frustration when it is not understood. Most frustration and the desire
to quit your program can come from not understanding and being
prepared for this cycle.
This cycle revolves with the rhythm of the menstrual cycle. Even
when a woman is not menstruating or is in post menopause, this cycle
occurs.
There are two extremes of a female body where this is concerned. The
short, curvy body and the other end of the spectrum is the longer less
curvy body. The former is particularly susceptible to the effects of
this hormonal cycle.
Sudden cravings for breads and pasta, instant gain of about 4
pounds, just feeling sluggish and not wanting to workout are all
natural reactions to hormone cycles you go through.
But when this is not known, the frustration and feeling that you
cannot control yourself can make you want to quit.

Women go through 8 - 12 different body types throughout their lives.
Each type will react different to the same diet and exercise program.
This fact alone causes most women to be very confused about what they

WHY IS MY DOCTOR
NOT TELLING ME THIS?
The definition of medicine is _“the diagnosis and treatment of
illness”_. The field of medicine is the field of _“illness and
reduction of illness”_.
Medicine is training in illness. NOT HEALTH.
Medicine is necessary for all of us. But it also pays to understand
that the income of medicine comes from illness.
It is not a field of optimal health.
We can use the analogy of a car. If there is a strange noise,
medicine is there to take the noise away. Medicine is not there to
make the car optimized.
Also, DOCTORS ARE _NOT_ TRAINED MUCH IN NUTRITION AND HEALTH. They
are trained only in specialized aspects of the body and their
illnesses.

To continue the analogy of the car, the doctor like the mechanic, is
trained in the carburetor, or trained in fixing flat tires, or

They are just trained to look in only at that one specialized area
and not the whole body in totality. Much less look at your whole life
as an integrated whole. This is why there is a specialist for each
organ in our body!
Even when doctors have good intentions, their training is only to
look for a broken organ and to either use a drug or surgery to cut it
out. They are not bad people, but their training forces them to only
look at one specific area. A mechanic that has a PhD on repairing car
tires will only look at the tires to fix a car that has a broken
engine. His training will guide him to look only at the tires.

WHY IS IT NOT BETTER KNOWN?
Well, I can only give you my opinion and how it was formed.
As I mentioned, the Metabolism Makeover was created through a lot of
research and application. The method is based on research that was
already done. So the knowledge is there.
But how does knowledge of health and nutrition generally get to
consumers like you?
Through marketers.
Marketers have been the driving force of nutritional knowledge in
the western world.
The concept of calories, high protein, sugar free, etc. are all
common household words but that is because of the work of marketers.
The interest of marketers is NOT your health. It would be great if
you got healthier but they will need you to be healthy enough to be
able to keep selling product.
They are hired to sell products and they are doing their jobs. There
is a need for marketers.
But understanding that they are the main force that compiles and
educates the population on nutrition and health knowledge you will be
able to see the source and take it for its true value.
There is also another reason why what I teach is not general
knowledge when it is so easy to get this information.
ILLNESS AND WEIGHT RELATED DISEASES
ARE _BIG BUSINESS_
I just ask the question, “_WHO PROFITS FROM US NOT HAVING THIS
INFORMATION?_”
The foods, drugs, chemicals habits, diets, surgeries, teachings and
indoctrination that prevent your body's natural and inherent ability
to heal itself are very profitable.
For example, one of the main producers of injectable insulin for
diabetics is Eli Lilly. Eli Lilly is one of the largest pharmaceutical
companies in the world. It is most well known as the marketers of
Prozac, Zoloft and Ritalin.
Eli Lilly also is the manufacturer of EFFIENT, REOPRO, ADCIRCA (all
drugs for heart disease illnesses), BYETTA, GLUCAGON, HUMULIN, HUMALOG
(all drugs for diabetes disease illnesses) and EVISTA AND FORTEO
(Osteoporosis)
Each of these illnesses - heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis
have an extremely high correlation to obesity. Yes these things can be
coincidences. But it sure is a very profitable coincidence. And it has
gotten more profitable as more people became sick, tired and
overweight.
EDUCATION IS YOUR DEFENSE
If people were able to educate themselves, restore internal health,
prevent excess weight, prevent weight related illnesses such as
diabetes or heart disease ... some _serious_ profit would be lost.
Let’s take a viewpoint, just for 5 minutes, that nothing happens by
accident. That there are no coincidences.
That certain foods in supermarkets are placed in locations that
allow the easiest access are actually addictive, toxic,
demineralizing, causing depression, weight gain, and poor health? All
of which mostly _leads_ to profitable surgery and medications.
Hormone imbalances are caused by the foods we buy in supermarkets
and provide a profitable avenue for the sale of synthetic hormonesto
humans and more surgery and _then_ antidepressants.
DO YOU THINK I AM JUST PARANOID?
