iCanPiano - Easy to read piano music notes
DESIGNED FOR
PIANO PLAYERS OF ALL LEVELS
_ iCanPiano_ notes works on the visual aspect of reading notes.
When reading regular notes, you have to figure out which note to
play.
With _iCanPiano_ notes, you CLEARLY see a small portion of the piano
keyboard inside the notes.
So... when your eyes move from the notes to the piano keyboard you
can spot where you are much faster and MAKE FEWER MISTAKES.
The visual aspect is critical to playing while reading, because
there are many elements
of the notes you must pay attention to.
_iCanPiano _notes reduces the number of elements so the time elapses
between
when you see the notes and play
them decreases significantly.

HOW TO PLAY _ iCanPiano_ notes don't have sharps, flats or
natural.
Instead -- there is a new note called 'THE I-NOTE'.
'i-notes' refers to all the black keys on the piano keyboard.
There are FLAT I-NOTES and SHARP I-NOTES.
THE I-NOTES SHARPS

NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD LOVE TO READ PIANO NOTES
Thank you.
You solved a major problem for me.
I play by ear and have always had a hard time reading notes.
I love classical piano music, but reading the music is so difficult
and exhausting.
When I read _iCanPiano_, I don't get tired, so I can play longer.
In the past two months, my repertoire has grown over, 200% but the
best part is that because I play a lot of Bach, my jazz playing has
improved a lot.

My name is Ophir, and I am the inventor of
_iCanPiano_ notes.
I am a piano player - playing classical and
jazz music. I play both by ear and notes.
One of the things that always bothered me
was the gap between the ability to read
and play notes.
Reading was always a very difficult task.
I took all kinds of courses to improve my reading, and I also
practiced reading a lot, but no matter what I did, it was always a
slow and arduous process.
Lets face it…
So here it is -- How do we solve that problem?
How do we make reading easier and fun?
Well ... If so many pianists cannot read very fluently, maybe the
problem has to do with the notes and not with the pianist's hands or
mind.
If that's the case, the secret to the solution may be in the notes
themselves.
If the problem is with the notes, let's improve them.
Instead of trying to change your habits and how you look at music, I
changed the notes. Yes - just a bit, but enough to make a huge change
in reading.
What is missing in standard notation is the
eye-keyboard contact!!!
The approach I used to achieve eye-keyboard contact
was to look at the piano as if it were a two-story building.
The white keys are the first story, and the black keys
are the second story.
The _iCanPiano_ notation system clearly and visually reflects
the difference between black and white notes.
The note D# is depicted as half-black half-white, so that it
visually describes the location where it’s played on the piano
keyboard.
Now you can spot all the black notes right away.
If you think about it, this is the only thing you know for sure
while playing, whether you are playing a white note or a black note.
You can even
feel it in your hands thanks to the way the piano keyboard is built.
By spotting the black keys right away, you can
prepare better for playing them when they
appear and after all -- when you read
notes, you are under lots of pressure -
many elements to grasp and you have to move fast!
With _iCanPiano_ notes, the piano keyboard is displayed
inside the notes every time there
is a black note in the piece.
It is like a beacon that lights your way.
Thanks to this beacon, eye-keyboard
contact is improved significantly.
Now, you won’t have to think so hard when reading,
especially as far as note recognition is concerned.
Your mind is less occupied and doesn't work as hard, and guess
what...
You don’t get as tired as you used to when reading _iCanPiano_.
When black notes are separated from white notes, a great thing
occurs:
IMPROVEMENT HAPPENS ON THE SPOT. You play 1 or 2 lines, and
immediately feel how much better and faster you’re reading.
Reading a piece written in Fm (4b) or E (4#) is MUCH EASIER
than reading a piece in C.
So now reading Chopin, Bach and Tchaikovsky is easy and fun.
DEAR PIANO PLAYER Playing piano music notes
isn’t fun or easy.
It's no secret,
you know that!
BUT IT’S ABOUT TO CHANGE!
