Dear friend,
You're about to discover what might be the most comprehensive
collection of home gym secrets ever developed. It's the same home-gym
building and training program countless people have used to build
inexpensive (and wildly effective) home gyms that let them reach
chiseled lean physiques and achieve rock-hard muscle definition that
makes them look like walking anatomy charts.
If you are interested in building an affordable home gym that helps
you create your dream physique - no matter if your personal goal is to
lose fat, build muscle, or increase your strength levels, I can show
you how to build a gym that will help you achieve your goals as
quickly as possible in the comfort of your own home, using simple (and
effective), proven workout routines that can easily be fit into your
day, without endless hours of workouts or expensive equipment, then
this will be the most important letter you ever read in your entire
life.
My name is Kyle Battis. I've been a fitness professional since 1995,
I'm a home gym training expert, a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), Certified
USA Weightlifting Club Coach, creator of the "Ask The Fitness Expert"
teleseminar series, and site Manager of the Burn The Fat Inner Circle,
the internet's Premier Fat Loss Support Community that I run with the
fat loss guru himself - Tom Venuto.
I've been training in home gyms my entire life and I've helped
hundreds of people build better home gyms and better physiques... _NOW
I WANT TO HELP YOU..._
Kyle Battis, Creator of Home Gym Secrets
Here's What I've Got For You Today....
Today I want to share my home gym training secrets with you so that
you don't waste your money buying equipment you don't need or follow
training programs that flat out don't work.
Do you wonder how some people get such great results, while you
endlessly struggle and never seem to get the results you want or
deserve?
Most people are buying into the false promises and marketing hype
("How do I know that?" you ask, well, because I used to buy into this
same garbage too before I became aware of what was going on!").
By the way, one of my coaches once told me to look at what "most
people" are doing and do the opposite if you want to achieve
greatness. (It's good advice if you think about it).
Anyway,
"Most people" jump into buying home gym equipment and picking a
training program without a real clear plan, fall prey to marketing
hype and stay stuck in a cycle of frustration and poor (if any)
positive results...
I don't want to let this happen to you my friend that is why I have
written this letter that you are reading right now...
"Throw Away the Useless Supplements
and Fad Diet Books And Don't Spend A Dime Of Your Money On Home Gym
Equipment Until You Read This Entire Letter"
As a strength coach and personal trainer I have been in the fitness
industry long enough to see what's going on and I am fed up with the
garbage being pedaled to everyone.
I have devoted my life to helping people succeed in their health and
weight loss goals and I am sick of seeing people getting ripped off
buying garbage that does not help them break the cycle of poor
results.
I am also sick of seeing compelling television infomercials of
fitness models some of them who've had ab-etching surgery (a
liposuction surgery where abdominal fat is taken off of an
already-lean person) shown working out on a machine that they would
never even think about using in their own training!
That's right....
That super lead fitness model you see in the infomercial trains hard
using fitness equipment that I will share with you in my book and
follows proven nutrition program - (their spectacular results are NOT
due to the 'magical' piece of exercise equipment that they are
modelling on television)
You would be shocked to learn what machines these fakes are selling
but let's move on....
I am sick of the endless arrays of diet books, magic pills, and
miracle solutions. I want to peel back the curtain and let you in on
what it REALLY takes in order to experience fat loss and muscle gain.
Enough about this rubbish, I want to share some real information
that will help you cut through the B.S. and get instant access to
equipment selection, training and nutrition tips that will help you
achieve the results you're looking for...
\"3 BIG MISTAKES TO AVOID WHEN BUYING HOME GYM EQUIPMENT\"
Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger, or
simply learn how you can see real results from training in your own
home then I encourage you to READ ON.
I guarantee that what you are about to read can save you a lot of
money that you would have spent on equipment that simply has no value
(YOU'D PROBABLY BE SURPRISED AT WHAT EQUIPMENT THAT IS TOO!).
Don't even mention the endless amounts of pain and frustration I can
save you by getting you on the right track from the start.
Let me share just a few of the Biggest Mistakes that some people
make when buying home gym equipment so that you don't make the same
costly mistakes:
Big Mistake #1
Buying Any Home Gym Equipment Believing That It'll Do All Of The
Work For You...
Just because you purchased an expensive multi-gym does not mean that
you will automatically achieve great results simply by owning this
marvelous
training tool. I know people who have purchased $3,000 multi-gyms
and have
never used them! Do these people think that all that they had to do
was buy this
equipment and they would magically achieve great results? The clever
marketing
that persuaded them to buy the equipment is likely to blame.
Some of the infomercials and other marketing materials for these
multigyms
can be very compelling and what I have found is that many people
succumb
to this marketing and reach for their wallets without thinking (this
is what those infomercial marketers want by the way - they want you to
think that all it takes to look like the hired gun fitness model is to
simply spend a few minutes on their piece of garbage machine every day
- yeah right!).
My advice is first of all to not buy an expensive multi-gym! I don't
think
you really need one as I firmly believe similar (if not better)
results can be
achieved with less sophisticated and of course, less expensive
equipment. Be
careful when you watch late night television or receive another
mailing via snail
mail (Buyer beware!). Try not to succumb to the clever marketing and
keep some
skepticism in the back of your mind when looking at these marketing
materials.
Now, if you have already fallen prey to this clever marketing and
actually
purchased an expensive multi-gym then don't fear. You can still use
this
equipment in your home gym training but be fully aware that it will
never deliver
results just by physically being in your home. Your results will be
directly
proportional to the effort you put forth. I promise you that if you
learn more
about successful training and learning how to achieve better results
you will
achieve better results.
The answer is not in a "thing" or a piece of equipment. No one thing
is
everything so don't let any clever marketing fool you into believing
that any one
piece of equipment will solve all of your problems!
Big Mistake #2
NOT Having A Plan Of Attack
Here in the state of New Hampshire I have access to some great
mountains perfect for hiking. "_Great, what do mountains have to do
with building a home gym_," you ask.
Read on and I'll tell you.
When I go to hike a mountain, I select one appropriate for my skill
level, I get the
necessary supplies together, and I follow my plan for the day.
I like to follow the clearly marked trails so that I have a clear
path towards success
(which in the case of climbing the mountain I define success as a
fun, enjoyable, safe
hike that brings me to my destination: the top of the mountain!).
Make sense right?
It seems, however, every year I hear a news story about an
unprepared and
inexperienced hiker that feels the need to wander away from the
clearly marked path only to get lost in the forest.
They waste their time, possibly get injured, and certainly don't get
to where they want to go (of course not without the help of the
emergency rescue team that is called in to find them after they get
lost!).
YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE BY FIRST SELECTING A PATH
APPROPRIATE FOR YOU AND YOUR GOALS.
After you have identified the path appropriate for you, just stay on
the path and you will be one step closer to reaching your goals.
Remember though that you actually have to put in the work and move
along the path in order to reach your goals (it's like that old quote
that says:_ "EVEN IF YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK YOU WILL GET RUN OVER
IF YOU JUST SIT THERE!"_).
The same is true for you in your home gym training. You can save
yourself a lot of
trouble by following an appropriate plan that suits your needs. I am
a big fan of using mentors and coaches. Mentors and coaches can help
you clearly identify where it is you want to go and help you get there
in the most efficient manner suited to your individual situation.
Big Mistake #3:
BUYING EQUIPMENT THAT DOES NOT MATCH YOUR PERSONALITY OR YOUR
FITNESS GOALS!
The weight loss industry pulls in more than $44 Billion Dollars from
people like us
who spend our hard-earned money on so-called "solutions" to our
health and fitness
problems.
Due to the money that can be made there are a lot of shady people
out there pedaling all kinds of junk that will supposedly help us
achieve "miraculous results with no effort whatsoever!"
My advice is to stay away from the junk and stick with training
tools that are proven to work.
Now let me stop right there and state that no tool in and of itself
is the key to your
problems. You need to understand the delicate balance between
nutrition, strength
training, cardiovascular exercise, and your mindset. These four
factors are what really
determine if you will see results or not. Once you have those main
factors in place you
should then focus on training programs and training tools that
deliver results.
Even after you have identified a program that works and tools that
have proven their
effectiveness you still have many, many choices available to you.
You could train for any number of goals (to be a freakishly-strong
power lifter, to be a bodybuilder, to be a ball player, to be a
kayaker, to be a tri-athlete, or to simply train so that you can live
life to its fullest!) and for each of those varied goals there are
almost unlimited tools that you can use to "reach the top of the
mountain (see the point above!)."
My advice would be to critically ask yourself what your goals are
and if the piece of
equipment you are thinking about adding to your home gym is suited
to your personality and your needs. DOES THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FIT
INTO YOUR PLAN TO ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS?
Is it something that suits your personality (for example, if you
absolutely hate doing
cardio on a machine trapped indoors maybe you shouldn't buy that
$3,000 treadmill.
Just a thought, but why buy it if you hate it and will never use it?
Why not buy something that you will like and that you will use?).
Spend some time and try out the equipment and really think if it fits
into your plan.
Don't make hasty decisions while equipment shopping. Take your time
and think
about your decision so that you don't regret your purchase later!
"An awesome tool for anyone
who trains at home."
"Kyle,
WOW...An awesome book of resources for Home Gyms and MORE! I
personally found resources I didn't expect to find. Home Gym Secrets
is an awesome tool for anyone who trains at home.
Personally, it also helped me as a Personal Trainer to help train
home based clients. The resources and suggestions in your book have
also helped me in designing my personal training studio and I also
used your book to help design workout programs for my outdoor boot
camp classes. An awesome tool for trainers and trainees alike!
THANK YOU FOR HOME GYM SECRETS...YOU DEFINITELY OVER-DELIVERED WITH
THE INFORMATION, THE RESOURCES, AND TOOLS YOU PROVIDED!" Georgette

"Home Gym Training Is
Sweeping The Nation!"
People all over the country (and even all over the world) are
becoming fed up with today's so-called fitness centers that are just
not delivering the results that you are looking for.
I'll be the first one to tell you that no gym in an of itself will
deliver results. It takes commitment, hard work, and the right
knowledge on your part but the chain gym/fitness center environment is
just not conducive to "real" training (more on this later....).
I could give you reason after reason why I think you need to read
the information in this e-book, but please don't take my word for it.
Just check out what some of the people who have read this
treasure-trove of home-gym training information have already said:
" I feel better and stronger for myself, I am enjoying the process
and I'm also getting compliments on my physique!"
Kyle,
"Your e-book really helped me in two areas--adding some helpful
items to my home gym and adding some spice and challenge to my
workouts when I travel. A little bit of very simple equipment goes a
long way!
When I travel, I take a jump rope, some stretch bands and workout
clothes and then fit my routine to what I find. Even if the facility
does not have a fitness room, I can come up with a good routine of
exercises.
Thanks to your book, I didn't have to dream up these exercises on my
own--it is a great resource to use to add to and vary my routine. I
use the floor, chairs, tables, my suitcase, whatever I have--and then
adapt the exercises as necessary.
At home, I have added a medicine ball and hand weights to my small
cache of equipment (stretch bands, floor mats, an exercise ball, jump
ropes and a bicycle) and again, have used your book to add to and vary
the exercises I do.
I think the best things I have learned from the book and from the
coaching I have received are related to warming up and core strength
training. I feel better and stronger for myself, I am enjoying the
process and I'm also getting compliments on my physique!"

"At 43, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, proving it's never
to late to take charge of your fitness."
"From the minute I was introduced to Kyle's training materials I
realized he was very professional and thorough, from my medical and
physical history, to setting my goals.
Considering I had never worked out, Kyle's no-nonsense, easy to
follow approach made following a program a snap...
I wanted to workout at home with a minimal amount of equipment and
Home Gym Secrets gave me a routine using just dumbbells, a pull-up
bar, and my own body weight.
Best of all, Kyle's grass roots, practical approach to fitness
produced the results I wanted. In three months I gained twelve pounds
of muscle, and now feel confident, knowing I'll be better prepared to
face the physical challenges of my landscaping profession. At 43, I'm
in the best shape I've ever been in, proving it's never to late to
take charge of your fitness.
Thanks a million, Kyle!"

"Simple to implement and not full of the fluff that so many people
try to pass on as science."
"This e-book is a rarity in this industry. Honest training
information that will greatly help anyone reach their fitness goals.
Simple to implement and not full of the fluff that so many people
try to pass on as science. Kyle has broken down the complexity of
training so that anyone can benefit. A must read!"

"The step-by-step info was excellent..."
Kyle,
"I just read through your book. I really like the goal setting,
interactive portion - it got involved with the process. I also really
like all the recommended links; while I'm familiar with many of them
(and I'm a fitness geek!) you gave me some new places to go. That's
cool! And for the less-experienced, what a treasure-trove!
The step-by-step info was excellent as well; overall this is a very
solid, useful product and I would recommend it to anyone interested in
training at home."
Thanks again,

"Kyle,
What I love most about your E-book "Home Gym Secrets" is the
SIMPLICITY of it! Thank you for sharing how EASY it is to set up a
home gym.
I had always been intimidated by the prospect thinking it had to be
ultra-elaborate and expensive in order to be effective. THANK YOU for
the clarification."

" My results training at home with kettlebells have been
spectacular!"
"Hey Kyle,
I'm a huge fan of Kettlebell training and it fits in perfectly with
your Home Gym Secrets programs! My results training at home with
kettlebells have been spectacular!
Kyle Battis is one of a VERY small percentage of people whom I would
consult regarding any athletic endeavor I would pursue! His knowledge
on training, kinesiology, nutrition, and recovery is incredible.
He's also one of the most personable and genuine guys in a field
that is unfortunately fraught with disingenuous and dishonest people.
I would even recommend my family to him if they lived near or in New
Hampshire! Frankly, for me, that is the ultimate compliment."
