This is such a common misconception.  Most people believe they have to “live” at the gym in order to shed the fat.  When, in reality, 80% of weight loss has to do with what you eat and not how much you exercise.



I know.  I've been there, and  I battled weight for most of the earlier part of  my life.  But when I totallly revolutionized the foods I was eating, and did it  without adding any exercise to my daily regime, I still dramatically lost weight (went from 155 lbs to 123 lbs in about 3 months).  Yes, adding in some walking routines brought my physique to the next level, but I was thrilled with the weightloss I received with just new eating habits......habits I have kept over the last 25 years!      Renee, age 47(health teacher)
