You've probably heard of them actually...
RULE #1 BUY AND HOLD (BUY AND "HOPE" REALLY).
This is the equivalent of putting your head between your knees and
hoping that you'll ride out a bad market. Your advisor might tell you
"bonds will go up" or some variation...but that's not always true.
You don't need to do this...but it's a main strategy of most
advisors.
RULE #2 DIVERSIFICATION without gold.
Using gold as part of the strategy is something "they" won't even
