Panic!  ...and Poetic Justice
An eworkbook for panic attack sufferers and those who care about them
                                                                                 Bill White

Bam! Right this second you're holding on for dear life trying to survive a panic attack. And the only thing that matters is fast and lasting relief; the kind only a maverick of a panic education and recovery eworkbook can provide.

Gotta' ask you some questions...

Are panic attacks ripping your "life" apart? Has "life" become a cruel joke and a living hell? Has hope taken the last train for the coast?

Well relax will ya'...
You're gonna' be just fine!

Panic!  ...and Poetic Justice is a dynamic panic attack education and recovery eworkbook based in the notion, "If he can recover so can I." Throughout the book, hope, identity, definition, cause, and recovery are emphasized using my case history, emails from panic sufferers, clinical theory and reference, physiology, proven management strategies and techniques, help resources, and tons of empathy and motivation.

In assisting you in accomplishing your goals I introduce original concepts, strategies, and techniques such as Mind Variance, Interpreaction, Interpreversal, S.A.I.L., I.A.M. not F.E.A.R., Symptom Identification and Association,  Separate-Process-Action, Audioization, Yikes and the Wise One, and Who Gives a Hoot. And interspersed throughout the book are some fifty of my poems, written along my panic disorder and recovery journey.

And if that wasn't enough, you'll have tons of opportunities to respond to thought and feeling generating questions - right in the book. What great times for reflection and reference.

This eworkbook is so very special because it comes to you from a recovered panic sufferer. And that very same recovererd sufferer went on to become a counselor. So you'll get tons of personal - "real world" -  perspective with a sprinkling of the clinical. Here's the bottom-line: if you want to kiss panic attacks good-bye, this eworkbook will get you there.

It's all about the right perspective, the right strategies, and the right techniques to bring you hope, help you understand your opponent, and knock it out - never looking back!

So how 'bout some words of wisdom from folks who know how it feels to hopelessly suffer...

"You have no idea how much your ebook Panic and Poetic Justice has meant to me...You write so well and are so knowledgeable about these diseases."

"I'm looking forward to reading your book! I had my first attack in my early 20's and was truly frightened of when the next one might occur. I'd go to great lengths to 'psych' myself out of thinking about it. It's hard to explain what it feels like to someone who hasn't lived thru the experience. Thanks for making lots of people feel better about themselves!"
Tammy

"I've suffered anxiety and panic attacks since childhood so I fully understand the problems, therefore I can relate to all that you've said in your article. I'm sure it may be helpful to others too."
Tom
Written in response to an article I wrote on derealization and depersonalization

So let's review some final details...
First of all, if you have any questions or comments please write me at...
[bill@byebyepanicattacks.net](mailto:bill@byebyepanicattacks.net)

Now, once you click on the order link below you'll be directed to a webpage where you'll be able to download Panic!  ...and Poetic Justice. It'll be really easy.

The eworkbook is formatted in PDF, so that means you'll have to have a PDF reader. If you don't already have one or aren't familiar with such things, relax, I'll help you. My suggestion is that you go to [http://www.download.com](http://www.download.com/). Once you're there you'll see a search bar at the very top of the page. I'm going to recommend you type in "Foxit Reader 3.0 Build 1506" and make sure you select your system software from the drop-down box. The reason I like this particular reader is becaue it'll allow you to save the eworkbook after you type in comments. So after you do your search you'll readily see the reader and all you have to do is click on "Download Now." I'm thinking you can handle the installation from there.

Okay, now once you've downloaded the reader and downloaded the eworkbook here's what I'm suggesting you do. As soon as the eworkbook opens immediately save it with a file name of your choice. Go to "File" and select "Save As." Type in your filename and save it. Good. Now you'll be able to open your eworkbook anytime and save changes after you've worked with it. One more bit of direction. After you type in one of the eworkbook's form fields you must click outside of the form field before you'll be able to save.

Alrighty, then...
You can download Panic!  ...and Poetic Justice for just $19.95
And, of course, if there's any level of dissatisfaction within 60 days, ClickBank will consider a return.

I'd really appreciate your order and I believe you will as well.
Just click below and it's yours. Thank You!

Bill
