_Testimonial__ ~__ _ _Very pleased!_

I wanted to write to say thanks! I listened to your recordings
before, during and after I had surgery. What a great get-well gift
they turned out to be. I had breast augmentation (I was so nervous
about it) but listening to your message and affirmations, I sailed
right through. You are so right! I know now that the "healer is
within". Thanks for sharing your insights. From now on, I will take a
more pro-active role in my health and I have a more loving positive
view of myself. Thank you so much Mary. Samantha J - Huntington, WV

THE SECOND PHASE OR STEP TO A SUCCESSFUL SURGERY IS OF COURSE THE
SURGICAL PROCEDURE ITSELF... (BUT there may be hidden, unpleasant
messages being conveyed during this phase that you have never
considered!)

When you are lying on the gurney just before your surgery - while
the medical staff scurries about making sure you are set-to-go for the
procedure, no one really thinks about the noises and conversations
that go on in the operating room.

As I stop to think about the sounds that occur during any operation,
it makes me grimace. These noises can't be good to hear and they
certainly don't set the stage for a calm tranquil experience! If
anything, these startling noises can make your blood pressure spike!
Again and again and again throughout your surgery!

When my husband had his last surgery (surgery number 22 on his right
femur) and my mother and sister both had surgeries, (Mom ~ both knees
replaced and Sis ~ to pin her leg back together after a terrible
spiral break), I of course worried about each one of them. While in
the waiting room, I wondered just what they were hearing during their
operation. I love them very much so naturally I wanted them to
experience only healing, positive and loving thoughts, feelings and
sounds while they were under anesthesia instead of the bone sawing,
cutting and drilling that accompanies these types of surgeries.

Do we really hear what's going on in the O.R. while we're under
anesthesia?

I wish I could answer this question with _"No, we don't hear a
thing" _ but that is not be the case. Some studies indicate that we
hear and process operating room noises and chatter to some degree.
After all... our ears don't stop working while we're under anesthesia.

How do these noises affect you - the patient? Hundreds of well
documented studies indicate that you are affected by what you hear in
the operating room. Some of these studies have shown that startling
loud noises that occur while you are under anesthesia can actually
cause spikes in your blood pressure readings during your surgical
procedure.

_ TESTIMONIAL ~ VERY SOOTHING AND PEACEFUL!_
_ NOISE IN THE O.R.! CAN IT BE DETRIMENTAL?_

HI. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THESE RECORDINGS AND THEY DID WHAT YOU
SAID THEY WOULD DO. They helped me to stay calm and helped with my
pain. It was nice to be able to download these right away since I
didn't have much notice about having surgery. Sure am glad I ran
across your website. I really liked the thought of not having to hear
all those "sounds" in the operating room and your voice was very
soothing. _Stan - Tampa, FL_

What can you do about the unhealthy ~ non-healing noises in the
operating room during surgery?

It can become even more stressful when you realize that ~
unhealthy ~ un-healing "noise and chatter" happens right in the
operating room while you're under anesthesia!

When you go into the hospital for surgery hearing a conversation
like the one below is...well...in my opinion, not one of the most
relaxing or healing conversations.

Last week, while I performing this same surgery and we ran into
difficulty with the patient. What happened, the nurse asked?
"well...it wasn't good" the doctor replied. "We had to finally give
up."

Not a very healing, healthy conversation ~ would you say? And not
one you would want to hear even while under anesthesia. Yet, this is
but one example of the types of conversations happening among the
surgical staff during a patient's operation. And your subconscious
mind doesn't stop listening to these types of discussions either. It
continues to work, listen and react to messages even while you are
under anesthesia!

Don't let your ears go unprotected.
Your ears are the doorway into your subconscious mind during
surgery!

You can take control of the messages that your ears are listening
to while under anesthesia. Caring, loving, healing messages are what I
want you to hear when surgery becomes necessary. Messages that
instruct you to remain relaxed, calm and centered and calls upon you
to heal and recover quickly.

Yetconversations are happening right now in every operating room
around the world. Some of those conversations may be about what has
happened during the course of a regular work day. Conversations with
topics like

"It wasn't my fault the surgery wasn't a success!"

OR... "I HEARD THEY FIRED DR. DIDWRONG THE OTHER DAY!

Or... "I really hate that Mr. Patient had to loose his leg"...

EVEN... "I DON'T THINK THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT I COULD HAVE DONE
TO HELP HER BE MORE COMFORTABLE AS SHE PASSED"?

And sometimes the conversation turns to more of a gossipy nature
like...

DID YOU KNOW THAT "NURSE-OH-SO-HOT" IS HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH
"DOCTOR-OH-SO-NOT"? I THINK SHE IS GETTING READY TO LEAVE HER HUSBAND
FOR HIM!
